I ordered a pair of boots from this company on December ****** with their promise to deliver before Christmas . After 2 weeks without receiving any confirmation of the order, I reached out via email inquiring about the order. I informed them that I would like to cancel the order because it would not arrive on time for the holiday. I no longer want the product from this company! The representative stated that the order will be cancelled and to wait on an email from the cancellation team. After 4 days of no email I received a shipping confirmation after I told them I needed the order cancelled. I sent another email and their response was my order was shipped. They have sinced stopped responding to my emails and when I tracked the packing it is stating no tracking available. It would be nice for this company to get to the bottom of this.Customer Answer

I ordered a pair of running shoes that were ****** in bright orange and paid close to $120. They sent some cheap alternative in the wrong size that is being sold online for $23. They said their factory moved to ***** so they could only offer me a 15% refund and I could keep the shoes. I dont want the cheap shoes I just want my money back. I ordered two pairs of boots in January and have not received them even though I paid for them. After filing a complaint with PayPal, Boston Boots sent me an untraceable tracking number and said my order would arrive by March 13. They have contacted me with tracking information, however this is the second time theyve done this. Promising it will be delivered within 5-10 days and then nothing. Additionally, once they send the tracking information, they stop responding to my emails once the 5-10 day window has passed.
I just want my money back. I placed this order in January.

I purchased a pair of Boston Boots on 1-16-24 and they shipped out Express Shipping from ***** on 1-17-24. The companies shipping says it takes up to **** business days to be received. Today is Feb 12th and its still showing its on express shipping from *****. I have sent a 8 emails to the company asking where my order is at and also tried to cancel my order, also requesting a refund. This company has a formatted response that I have received every time I send an email. I have insisted I speak with a supervisor with no luck. I just wanted my refund including shipping or at least have them look into where its at. Their constant answer is: they can not issue a refund because the order is in transit but will issue a refund when they receive the product back. This if unacceptable. I am filing a fraudulent charge on my credit card. This company has failed in every accept.Customer Answer

I ordered these shoes based on 100% satisfaction.. ***** took over a month to arrive.. poorly sized.. smaller than us 40 which I ordered.. company is negotiating ridiculously low refunds and not willing to honor satisfaction guarantee! I will attempt to get refund however company days they moved warehouse to ***** and would not provide return label! Their move is not my problem!!! I ordered a pair of boots from Boston Boot Company on November 27. My order number was ****. What I received several weeks later was a pair of boots that were a counterfeit product and were damaged (staining on the toe). They were clear knockoffs with nothing identifying them as Boston Boot Company. Nothing on the package or boot says Boston Boots, and the back of each boot says "Sport Best Fashion" which is a big red flag. I contacted the company and requested a refund. They said I could pay to ship the boots back to ***** (which is odd given that the company is explicitly named for and supposedly based in Boston) and could get a partial refund. Seeing as they caused the damage and sent me a fake product, I should not have to pay anything for the return and should receive a full refund.Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Prior to filing this complaint, I attempted to resolve the issue through their customer service department. The only option I was given was to pay to mail my return to ***** for the potential opportunity to receive a partial refund. My concern is that I should not only receive a full refund, but I should also not have to pay international shipping costs due to the product arriving damaged and appearing to be counterfeit. On Dec 5th, I ordered 2 pair of boots from the Boston Boot Company. The auto verification email said they would be shipped between 12/14/23-12/19. I didn't get either. When I call the number on the website, it's not a real #. ***************. When I email the address provided, I get an automatic response stating that I will hear from them within 3 business days (which I don't): **************************************** When I enter my order numbers into the Order Tracking link (**** and ****), the system displays "no update yet."
