  Would leave no stars if possible. Never received boots. Corresponded multiple times with company and was told the boots were delivered to the post office in my town and it was no longer the responsibility of the company. When I ordered the boots, I gave my home address for the shipping location. I was notified that they were delivered once in January and once in February. They were never delivered. I reached out to the company and was told their records showed they were delivered to my town and they could not help me. I went to my post office twice and they had no undelivered packages for me. The company said the burden to prove they were not delivered was on me and they would not prove the boots were delivered to me. I attempted to do a charge back with my credit card but it was already three months after the initial purchase/charge.

  I've been waiting six weeks and nothing. DO NOT order from this company!! When I contact them via email I only get an AI generated response......going through my credit card company to file a complaint. Do not waste your time or money!

  O rating this company is a **** off. On website looks like you are ordering from a company in ************* but the boots ship from ***** . Also the boots you get are cheap looking and nothing like the picture or description. Somehow we need to have this site blocked so they cant continue to **** people off

  I ordered my niece a pair of slippers for Christmas on Dec 10th. Was noted that they wouldn't arrive until Dev 26/27th. No big deal. Their email responses say tracking is received within 7 days and items arrive in *****. I never received tracking info until i sent emails complaining almost three weeks later. It has been over a month and the tracking shows they are STILL IN *****. They also say their response time is 1-3 business days. It takes over a week to get a response and all they say is "your item is on the way". I have requested a refund and no one will respond to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. They are not sending my item and they are not refunding me. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

  Sadly I didn't research before my wife "found a great deal". The boots that came were not sized correctly and they didn't match the picture. It said "fashion" on the side, like really?? So to return them, I eventually got there after 50 emails and a month, I had to ship them back and my cheapest shipping would be $50 so yea- DO NOT ORDER FROM BOSTON BOOTS ever. The whole thing is a scam

  This is a 2 start review because no-one reads 1 star reviews.The Boston Boot company has zero Customer Service.The boots did not fit and company unable/unwilling to resolve the issue or refund the money.After a long (4 month) ********* and eventually said "Unfortunately, as 30 days have already passed from the delivery date of your order, we are no longer able to accept the return as per our policy."Initially they said we will be happy to send you another pair of boots that are the correct size. Those never came and then they said it was too late for them to do anything about it.BTW, the initial boots didn't arrive until after Christmas and they were ordered in November.Do Not Trust this company

  Do not get into this trap! I order Boston Boots mini...advertised as ************...in January. Finally received them at the end of March. The non-functional tracking info was the first clue to their fraudulent operations. The boots arrived folded up in a plastic mailer. They are boots similar to a cheap pair of house slippers. Not leather, some cheap polyester fabric, with a large tag on the side. I notified them of their "error" and they offered a 5% refund. What!!!! I said I'd like to return for a refund. They requested photos of the product, which I sent. I've not heard from them since. They are totally fraudulent and continue to post on social media. I would give zero stars.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shoes were way too small. Then, they were impossible to return. It was like emailing with an AI bot that made zero sense. Basically, they said we can't refund you. However, it took about 3 long-winded emails on their end to get to the point. Waste of 50 bucks.

  Total scam. Terrible quality and customer service. Did not get what I ordered, took 2 months to arrive and now am being ghosted by customer service when I asked for return info.

  Quite possibly the single most worst shopping experience. Attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours per their website, they responded the following WEEK saying they were already shipped. This was 9 weeks ago. I immediately filed dispute with ****** who contacted them and of course they responded quickly saying the boots were shipped and provided a tracking number. Last week I received an email from the company asking me to please cancel my dispute because the boots were shipped and on the way, which I responded absolutely not. Today the boots finally arrived, and are the wrong item! Fake phone number on website, address listed is fake, company based in *****. Don't give them a *****.
