      I had a great tub/shower conversion I liked how with small obstacles in the way Newpro was kind, professional and courteous. Determined to see this project through!! I Believe I had the best Installer *****, he was Phenomena, Highly Recommended very Knowledgeable and passionate about this Product.......***** 10/10 =11+ outstanding ??

      The installer and plumber were A+++++. Their work was professionally done and of high quality. The installer and plumber patiently answered all our questions and gave thorough, understandable explanations. They were polite and courteous at all times. They cleaned up after their work so no debris or dirt was left. We could not have asked for more.We now have a walk-in tub that will meet my husband's medical needs, functions well, and looks "handsome."The only reason that I did not give Newpro a 5 rating is that customer service and manager did not always follow-through with returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner.

      ****** and ***** were the most polite guys I have met in a long time. They were so knowledgeable about what they were doing, polite curious and respectful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Took the time at the end to go through everything so thoroughly with me. Couldnt be happier. Thanks ****** and *****. And thanks Newpro.

      The gentleman that came to my house to make repairs on 2 windows was very polite and informative. He showed me everything he was doing and also gave me helpful information about how to clean my windows. He made the repairs efficiently and quickly and seemed extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing.

      5 stars-Great work by installer. Extra effort to go pick up replacement part for a broken item to minimise delay on install day. Courteous, professional and efficient work by installer. 4-stars-****** services could communicate more when have delays happen and confirm new dates. We had 2 week delay starting and heard nothing after it was rescheduled. I had t call and confirm at last minute.

      NewPro was great. Came out in the rain to complete our sliding door install team out of ******** was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. ****** and ***** were great!

      He called ahead of appointment as promised. Replacement of seven panes was efficient, neat and professional. All questions were answered. He was very respectful of property.A very positive experience.
