      I would recommend NewPro! We got windows and a doggie door. ***** arrived today to assist with our doggie door windows. He was very friendly and I loved that he explained what he was doing with each step. It was a quick fix. I should also mention that I got an appointment within a couple of days!!

      I love my new windows. ***** did an excellent job and left the site very neat and clean. He was an excellent worker and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

      We had an extremely rough time since our bathroom project started. The installation needed to be completely redone and we had to jump through MANY hoops to get the project rescheduled and actual appointment not cancelled. We really felt like we lost all hope with this very expensive project, and to say we were exhausted and disappointed was an understatement. Every step of the way. ****** came in for the reinstall and we knew right away by his work ethic that he was going to do a great job. He was meticulous, thorough, and took pride in his work. Seeing the finish product was SUCH a good feeling and relief. It was the exact work we had anticipated the first time around. This was certainly a long time coming and ****** was NewPros saving ***** as far as we are concerned. So relieved to have so many obstacles behind us and looking forward to using the tub that we had hoped for when we decided to make this investment.

      New tub to shower conversion today. **** was professional, polite and efficient. Never stopped working. I asked, are you ever going to take a break. The house was left spotless. The shower Is beautiful and everything we dreamed of for sure. I would highly recommend Newpro to friends and family.

      I had to have glass replaced on a window I had installed 27 years ago. The technician (****) was friendly, professional, left the space clean. Communications were professional and well timed.
