      *************** and service. I had all my windows Replaced after 30 years and the Newpro product is excellent -very high quality. The team came in and replaced all my windows during the same day. I am already noticing my air conditioning running less often with the new windows. I highly recommend Newpro for any window replacement needs

      I love my Newport Windows and when I had a problem they come out and help you right away. I have recommended them to friends and they love these too.       Great job. The two gentlemen that did the install were very kind and courteous of my time. They did an amazing job and work looks great. Everyone I talked to throughout this whole express very pleasant and helpful!

      We are having our tub converted into a shower. I'm very impressed with not only the work but the knowledge. A few changes needed to be made from our original contract. ***** has kept ** in the loop through out the whole process. I'm very pleased with the overall job being done. Other then being down a bathroom there has been little to no disruption to our home.

      Our Newpro windows were installed 12 years ago and they are great. We recently had a hail storm and several of the screens were torn. I called Newpro hoping to have them repaired under their 'no frills' warrantee and I was blown away. They came out within a week and 'Vinny' replaced all my torn screens - 9 in total. Vinny was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I'd give ******** stars if I could. Thank you!!

      Legit professionals always answer great staff workers and customer service today ****** and ***** mounted my new kitchen door they did an amazing job and was completed and meet my expectations. Above and beyond .

      The window tech, Vinnie, was on time, polite and respectful, knowledgeable about the issues that had to be addressed, and finished on a timely manner. I was very pleased with Vinnie and I hope that the rest of your crew is as good as he is!! Thank you

      thank you for coming out so quickly to fix our window, you were professional and efficient. you even had to walk across hot tar to get to the house due to street construction

      We replaced 2 case windows on Aug 11th in ******, **. The team of two people was assigned by Newpro for this job. The team leader called us an hour before the installation time giving us heads up that they are on the way. After arrival it took about 30 min for job site preparation, final measurements and few other steps to ensure seamless operation. It took about 2 hours for removal of the old and installation of the new windows. The team left our dining room as clean as it was before the job started. They were very professional, courteous and patient with our questions.Overall it was a great experience fully deserving 5 stars grade. ****

      Amazing & Awestruck are words that come to mind with describing my recent experience with the high level of craftsmanship, integrity, customer service, and following through on meeting my expectation. I felt valued as a person rather than a number. The end product made me feel happy and I felt like a million bucks after using my newly remodeled shower. It was better than I had ever imagined.
