      Superb service!! From the sales associate to the installer and NewPro personnel, we cant believe how satisfied we are with our choice to use NewPro. We had many competitors come to the house and how grateful and happy when we chose NewPro. The sales associate didnt treat this as a used car transaction and try to sell us something we didnt want. He was informatively knowledgable and truly assisted us in making the correct choice for our home. The installer was on time, clean, neat and treated our home as if it was his own home. The craftsmanship was AAA+++. The communications by NewPro personnel made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire project. If youre looking for an AAAA++++++ team of professionals, then choose NEWPRO and dont waste your time with other competitors . Hands-down the best of the competition!!

      Prompt, very professional, polite, neat, left it as clean as it was when he arrived. Respect companies that do their best to correct "issues". Things happen, we are not perfect!

      I replaced all I replaced all of the windows in my home earlier this year. The install took 3 days. The crew was polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. However there was a mistake with one of the windows, the grids that were ordered were not the grids that arrived. A new window was ordered and was installed 4 months later without any issues. During the 4 month waiting period 2 of the screens became damaged. The screens were replaced at the same time. The tech that replaced the window and screens was also very nice and polite and the job was completed in less than 2 hours.

      Vinnie and ******* came to replace a window sash and were very professional and pleasant to work with. They checked all the windows to make sure they had the right one and replaced it very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend working with them.

      New shower is beautiful. Installer was great, and very happy with the work. Friendly and made sure we got the shelves and attachments installed where we wanted. Communication from the company between ordering and scheduling was not great. No information provided on status or estimating dates or if there were issues between the fabrication starting and calling to get the installer in which was frustrating, but ended up being ok.

      Very professional, courteous and the shower/bath tab looks beautiful. *** was very good as explaining each phase of the renovation. Im very happy with the results.
