      We had a new shower enclosure installed. The lead craftsman, *****, was a delight to "work with" (he worked, we watched.) He arrived ahead of schedule each day, had a wonderful positive attitude with great customer service skills, and an awesome work ethic. The project was delayed by two full days, and that had nothing to do with NewPro - it was all created by the delays by the plumbing inspector and then building inspector. They neither worked together, nor on the same day, and the building inspector's policy is "never perform an inspection on the day the appointment is made - no matter how early." We would recommend NewPro wholeheartedly to anyone who is considering a similar project.

      We were so pleased with our new Newpro shower. We had our tub removed and put in a new shower. There were a few plumbing problems being on a slab, however, ********* (the plumber on the job) was able to take care of the problem very efficiently. ******************* (the installer) did a great job as well, working through minor issues very proficiently. He was very neat taking great care to do the messy jobs outside to keep the house as clean as possible. He did a great job cleaning up after himself when he left each day and on completion of the job. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

      **** came within the time frame. He fixed the problem within a reasonable time. He left the area as clean as he found it. He is an asset to your organization. If I have a problem in the future, I hope you will send ****. Also, he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. ??

      The windows are beautiful and the installers were professional and timely. I recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. **************** was great to work and talk with.

      Im very happy I chose Newpro for my window replacement. They look fantastic, the service was impeccable. The installers were prompt, skilled, courteous and did a fantastic job. They left the work site spotless. Ill be using them again for our next project!

      I recently had a jacuzzi and shower installed The electrician had to run wires and that involved some cutting to my walls and ceilings. No one has come back to fix the holes in my property. I ordered a grab bar for my elderly father. I have yet to receive it> One of the shelves are loose in shower. I cannot get anyone on the phone It seems as if before I signed the contract for the loan I received four calls a day now that they have the contract I can't seem to reach anyone

      Needed to have my front door bottom weather strip replaced. ****** showed up promptly within the stated time frame and did a great job installing the proper strip for my door. Now I won't be getting cold air leaking in this winter. Good job ******!

      May 24, 2022 New walk-in shower installed. The experience with the sales **** **** was terrific...5 star.Order time to install was 2 weeks early than estimated. ****, the installer was THE BEST. Attention to detail, work was professional. No issues to deal with. Very Pleased.************
