      On 05/14 I purchased a vehicle a 2015 ***** civic gave a down payment and signed for it I was expected to receive the vehicle shortly after. I have placed many calls in attempts to find out when I can pick up the vehicle but all I get are voicemails or short ended answers like the title of the car is not ready know its been three weeks and still no sign Ive paid the down payment and the vehicle has been insured while I still have not had the vehicle in my possession the sales *** that sold it to me his name is *** Im unsatisfied and upset I wish to have the vehicle if I purchased it was due to needing it .

      The vehicle in question, a 2015 ***** Civic, was registered in the state of ************* on May 30, 2025, and the customer took delivery on May 31, 2025.
      We apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced and are pleased that the vehicle has now been delivered. We consider this matter resolved.

      On July 21 I traded in my vehicle to finance a newer vehicle. I had the new vehicle for almost a week I was waiting for the transfer of the registration. July 27 I get a phone call from Rich T at harr credit express that I have to bring the new vehicle back because the bank would not finance due to a reconstructed title. He gave me 2 options get into another vehicle or get my car back. I told him if I cant get into a vehicle of my liking I will take my car back. On Monday July 31 I return the new vehicle they only offered me one vehicle they told me that is all they had they are getting more cars on Wednesday. I said I will just take my car back and go from there. 45 minutes pass and I am told my car was sent to auction. In dis belief they did this considering previos sale was null and void and they did not wait for me to get into another vehicle or sign new paperwork, They offered to pay for an **** to drive me home and assured me my vehicle was going to be delivered next day in the morning I spoke with the AGM Martin D I addressed my concerns what condition my vehicle will be in when it comes back from Auction he assured me that they detail the vehicles before they are sent to auction. August 1st 3pm no one answering my calls or emails. i decided to send an email to the owner of dealership made him aware what happened and to make it right. An Hour later I get a phone call my car will be at Harr by 5pm if I want they will send me an **** to come pick up the car. I told him no. not at 5pm I live an hour away. I told him he said he was gonna tow the vehicle to me and that what we agreed. August 2 I recieved the vehicle at 4pm, completely dead, no inspection sticker, no shift knob and the back seat was removed and not put back in properly I can lift the whole back seat. They only want to reimburse me for the battery and shift knob I feel they should reimburse for the entire bill. I am a damaged consumer this experience has been horrifying.

      The business had promised to send payment for the Battery, the Inspection Sticker and the Shift Knob, but they have not done so. They had stated that they would act in good faith and refund me. When I dropped my vehicle off it had not issues. I ordered a replacement knob online, which is why it is not on the bill I included. On the bill I am seeking to be refunded for everything but the Oil Change and the Fuel. Included the knob I purchase separately, in total I am seeking to be reimbursed $711.12.

      The purchase experience that the customer went through was very unfortunate. The vehicle that we sold the customer ended up having a title issue that is extremely uncommon. We had to unwind the deal and no other vehicle we had on our lot met the conditions of the customer and the bank for approval. Unfortunately by the time this was discovered the customers vehicle that was traded had already been sent to the auction to be sold. This caused issues with the inspection sticker being scraped off (which is a normal process) and apparently someone at the auction stole the shift knob and the battery died and would not take a charge. We reimbursed the customer for the inspection sticker, shift knob and the battery. The battery did not just suddenly go bad in the few days that we had it, nor did the starter suddenly go bad. These issues were issues when the customer traded the car. We reimbursed for the items we were responsible for plus the battery. I apologize for the inconvenience but I believe under the circumstances Harr did everything we should have and a little more. We are in business to sell cars and only want satisfied customers, what happened in this case was unfortunate but it was nothing Harr or the customer wanted.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The Vehicle was in working condition. I drove the vehicle down  to the dealership. There was no prior issues before I traded in the vehicle. They said to me  "its not there fault I have bad credit " but my credit was good enough to get approved for this vehicle that was priced at 14,000.  I believe my request is  reasonable. The back seat was taken out and not put back in properly.  I had it checked out and come to find out  they snapped and broke what hooks the back seat in place I didn't even include the Bus Fare I spent to go back and forth to work all week and my kids doctors appointments. considering I am a Damaged consumer and this experience has been horryfing. The anxiety, the inconvenience and the stress does not amount to the 440 I expect to receive for the money I had to put in  just to get the vehicle running.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was assured you guys detail the vehicle before you sent it out to auction but in reality the vehicle was stripped down. I expect to be reimbursed what I payed to get the vehicle running again. . You/ the auction had the vehicle over a  week was not a couple days. Harr Credit Express handled this situation poorly. They tried to take advantage of me and my credit score and thought they could just put me in this vehicle that was in a major car accident and has no value. The bank had my best interest at heart. If it wasn't for them I would be stuck  paying  the  24,000 interest included for a vehicle that's not worth even 5,000.
