      Horrible Person working their biased Base off probably what I looked like as soon as I walked through the door.. First it was if I had Papers...?Papers ok well everything is digital so what is this **** ******* Second the guy assumed I was going to finance ahh I had $9,998 Cash to buy the vehicle I had a appointment for, what a Joke. I'm glad I didn't buy my vehicle here. Stay Away hundreds of other dealerships that will respect any decisions you so decide not try and run your credit pressuring you as soon as you walk through the door Smh.

      PLEASE READ BEFORE going to The Harr Motor Group, esp Harr Credit Express(HCE).On 1/27/23 I purchased an 08 Honda Fit from HCE & they told me bc I wasn't transfer plates it'll take a few days. Then Mon 1/30/23 I rec a call fr Lee at HCE stating that the title is lost and I have 2 options 1-They will cover my first car payment and I can wait the 2-3 wks for the replacement title to come in OR 2-We can cancel the contract & return the deposit. I pd $200 for car ins. I called Richie to brainstorm but my calls were ignored. Next, Lee & was told"This comes from Richie these are the only options"... what about dealer or temp plates?rentals?nope.Those are the only options. I just wanted to be made WHOLE I wasn't looking for some win fall. I was still OOP for car ins. I called the lender to find out my options and can they do this? I was told per their contract with HCE the day I signed the pprwrk 1/27/23 I was to have possession of the car. Since this didn't happen a complaint was filled by the lender. The lender called Richie on 1/31 I sp w/Richie 2/9 he still hadn't returned that call. In the end I told Richie that "We're human, we all make mistakes I just want as your customer to be made WHOLE...I want to avoid having to go to the Atty Gen or BBB cuz that's work I don't want to have to do but will"... He took that as a threat and said "Ya know Kim with all the threats and such I think it's best we just end this deal!" In which I agreed as I was angry at this point over something I have no control of in the end HCE had me over a barrel and didn't care that I was getting the shaft, nor did they make any consideration to make me their customer, whole. I'm left with 10+HARD inquiries on my credit report, NO CAR and no guarantee the lender will work with me and I left a VM for Martin, Richie's boss, rec no response so this is a behavior that runs deep at Harr which means they can and will treat any customer this way, whether it's at Harr Toyota or Credit Express.
