      This complaint starts with my HOA and quarterly account going to a collection attorney, then being paid off and not being with collections. During the time my account was not in collections I did not have access to view statements on my account through the Harford Property Services website, and not getting them mailed to me or emailed to me either. I repeatedly asked for access but no one at the company could seem to help me with my "view statement" access. I would speak to the employees there, but they could not figure out why I could not view the account even though my account was out of collection and with them.

      I asked how am I supposed to pay my statements, I don't feel comfortable making a payment when I can't see how much I owe. Meanwhile they were adding late fees to my account also. All I wanted at that point is to view my account online and have it paid. I contacted them again and have stated in contact since November with no resolution. In addition , the manager said that my account was sent back to collections and there is nothing they can do to help. This seems preposterous since I have been asking since November, also it is important to note that the collections attorney had been contacted months ago as well ,and they said the account was not with them so they could not help me either. I had the opportunity for a grant to pay for my account balance, but they were not able to receive any info on how to pay. This is very frustrating, as they have loved to add on the late fees during this time, meanwhile keeping my account access in limbo. This feels and seems so wrong and just a money making scheme to not have customers receive statements so the balance can be paid. Especially, when an account has the opportunity to be paid in full with a grant.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This is complete insanity, and the nonsense I have been dealing with this is Harford Property Services They do manage the financials for ********** ** *********.  When this account was not in collections I had called quite a few times they had some sort of balance but there was not a way to access my account online even though I asked them to please mail a statement or email or let me see it online.  They could not figure out why I could not see it even thought it was not in the collections at that time, notr did they fix the situation.  They were just buying time so that it could go tol collections again without them having to deal with me, or fixing the situation.
