      I am writing on behalf of my father **** ********, who placed an order for hemp gummies back at the end of july. We called at the end of August when he had not received them. We were told he would get them in 10 days as they were on back order and just came in. Two weeks later, I called again for him as he still had not received them and was told he would receive them in 2 weeks. I asked why we were told 10 days and now 2 weeks. I was not given an answer. Fast forward two more weeks and I called again, I was told it was delivered on Saturday 9/16. I checked with my father and he did not receive them. I called the post office and all they can confirm is that they were scanned at his mailbox but cannot confirm that it was put in the right mailbox as there are 56 mailboxes together in one spot. I called customer service and was told pretty to screw off as there is nothing that they were going to do since it shows as delivered. This is bad customer service since he waited almost two months to get them and then didn’t even get what he ordered.

      After reviewing the customers’ records we located an order placed 7/13/2023
      that was not shipped successfully until 9/12/2023. As per the order record the customer contacted customer service on 8/30/2023 to update information on their file and subsequently the order was successfully delivered.

      I ordered a supply of Hemp Gummies on July 18, 2023 for the amount of $119.95 and said the product would be shipped. A week later I called and they said it would ship the next day. Week after that I called and they said the product was on backorder. After waiting a couple more weeks, it was still on backorder, so I demanded to cancel the order for a full refund. Was told by one *** it would take 1-2 business days to process the cancellation and was told to call back to check on the status. Called back and was told by another *** it takes 1-2 weeks to process the cancellation. I'm just tired of all this runaround and just want my money refunded.

      On ~3/20/21 I received a mailer for Hemp Gummies from Medici Quest. The mailer indicated a "100% No-Nonsense Guarantee" to try their Hemp Gummies "for as long as you like with absolutely no obligation". It also indicated "If at any time you change your mind - even after you finish your last bottle, please contact us and we'll promptly refund your entire payment PLUS GIVE YOU AN EXTRA $10 BACK just for trying this powerful solution.
      On 4/1/21, I called the phone # indicated (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX), confirmed the lifetime guarantee, and ordered their 50mg (extra strength) gummies for $349.95. I received the gummies a week or two later, but due to the lifetime guarantee, I was not in any hurry to try the gummies, so it took a few months to try them, and I ended up trying them multiple times over the span of the 17 months. At any rate, I am sure I am unsatisfied and want a refund.
      On 9/2/22, I called Medici Quest Customer Service (Hosea) and was told that I was calling beyond the warranty period. Of course, I relayed the info in the mailer, and my lifetime confirmation when I ordered the product, but it made no difference. He expressed many excuses and statements of their policy(?) of 90-Day warrantee, and that I may not have understood correctly, etc, etc, etc, and he continued to repeat himself. During the conversation, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he indicated that he was not there, and that I would need to try calling back in a couple of hours. I called back in about 2 hours, and spoke to Grace. She repeated what Hosea indicated. I again asked to speak to a supervisor. Apparently the supervisor was there, as she put me on hold to speak to him. Within a couple of minutes she came back on the line to tell me that he was now unavailable. Obviously I am not happy. Had I known the warranty was really 90-Days I would not have taken as long to determine I was dissatisfied, and call them for the refund.
