    **Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Ecoshield Pest Solutions** I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Ecoshield Pest Solutions. After multiple attempts to cancel my service, I found myself caught in a never-ending cycle of phone calls and broken promises. Each time I called to cancel, I was convinced to stay by their representatives, only to have the same issues repeat themselves. The final straw was a missed appointment—again—which left my pest problems unresolved. Despite numerous assurances, the service did not improve, and my pest issues persisted. To make matters worse, even after engaging a new provider who successfully addressed my concerns, Ecoshield continued to refuse my cancellation requests. They insisted I call them to discuss my decision, despite making it clear that I no longer wish to use their services and am not under contract anymore. When I did call, I was repeatedly transferred between departments, making the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Additionally, I have sent multiple emails requesting that they no longer contact me via phone or text. Despite this, I keep receiving the same email from different representatives, asking me to contact them so they can "resolve" my service issues. I expected more from a professional company. The refusal to honor my cancellation request, the poor service, the endless department transfers, and the disregard for my communication preferences have left me extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend Ecoshield Pest Solutions to anyone looking for reliable and respectful pest control services. Save yourself the trouble and find a provider who truly values their customers.

    Stay away from EcoShield. I ended up filing a consumer complaint with the Maryland AG's office and am here to warn anyone that they are not operating in good faith. The services provided were not what I had been led to believe I was purchasing when I signed and initialed a contract on a tablet computer. No reasonable person would agree to pay the amount charged (hundreds of dollars) for the service that was performed. In some 25+ attempts to contact them, compiling detailed documentation and hours spent on the phone with their offshore customer service reps explaining why the service did not meet expectations, I came to realize their customer service is a theater (at best) and probably a scam: non-native English speakers reading from scripts with no authority to resolve problems or answer questions. EcoShield is aware that I filed a complaint with the Maryland AG's office and they do not care. If I could file a review with "0" stars, that would be too many. :(

    Stay away from EcoShield. I too wish I had seen the reviews prior to "signing" up. The results did not match the expectation. Additionally, the cost is extremely high for the service provided. There were several instances where they did not show up when scheduled, claimed they provided treatment yet they simply sat in their truck at the top of the street, and were far short of promises made with regards to what would be provided. I tried to cancel however, they are holding me to a 24 month clause which, if I try to cancel, I will have to pay any discounts received for the services provided. However, they are not able to tell me the exact penalty. Additionally, if you leave the contract open for the 24 month but cancel any/all appointments, they claim you are responsible for a 9 visit minimum (which is not written in any of the paperwork I was provided). I'm sure there are better alternatives. Follow up: Spent extensive time with multiple reps about waiving the "cancellation fee". They would not support! Bottom line, they have found a way to basically renege on their so called "discounts"....basically saying they can come back and charge you the discount they originally agreed upon. Again, find a better solution than EcoShield.

    This company harasses customers. Once you become a customer and you decide that you do not want to be a customer, they will harass you repeatedly and will try to make it difficult for you to end your contract. I gave the company a try and want something different for the New Year. Point blank! Don't set up appointments for our address when we already told you last October 2023 that we were not renewing our contract. Period! I will be turning away anyone that you send to my house because now you're trespassing.

    This company is a scam. They guarantee their product but we still have ants. When you call to get them to come back out it can take weeks and you still have ants. The product is not effective and they still take your money. Do not sign up with them.

    I paid $169 for service. Ecoshield never did complete the service. I then cancelled and they chArged my card $150.00.They will take your money, They cannot be trusted for providing the Service for the money you pay. I never want them to set foot on my property again. They lie, and does not answer your phone calls. This company is skilled in taking your money and will not provided the Service consistent with the contractual agreement. It was extremely stressful dealing with them. Veterans, Beware, just go to *****. They can be trusted. They are the best. Ecoshield is very bold in lying to you. They never completed the initial treatment. I cannot afford md to be cheated. out of my Veteran Retired Pay. Well, that’s what happened. They are very dishonest.

    Buyers beware of this company and their sales persons. What they offer or the product may be good. I was in my home May of 2023 and Dylan approached me saying when ever you need the service we charge you. I was extremely straight forward with Dylan, telling him I did not want a monthly bill. He proceeded to convey to me that I would only be charged a fee when I needed the service. I reviewed my account and this joker has been charging me $139. monthly. This is crazy!! I called and spoke to Dylan this morning, he claims he will call me back. Acct #*******. I have never complained on social media before. However, for the lack of integrity I will proceed to every social media platform to convey my experience. I just go of the phone with the customer service rep, she is still trying to charge me $69.99 per month. I hate this and i am so unhappy with this nonsense.

    Buyer beware. This is a scam offer and shame on me for being disloyal to my old company. On just the second visit I was home waiting for the service provider to come, they did not ring my doorbell or knock on my door and allege they spent 20 minutes servicing my house. In 9 years of my old company I never had this issue once where I did not know they were at my house. Also want to let everyone know I have a dog who had no idea some guy was allegedly walking around my house. I also walked my house and yard later that day and I could see 0 sign that EcoScam had provided any service including I still had cobwebs around my front porch that were not removed. I called and cancelled the service, now they are trying to collect a cancellation fee which I refuse to pay. The only customer service this company has is a large collections department.

    This company continues to stop by and knock on my door frequently even though we have do not disturb signs. They come all the time, they knock over and over, wake up my baby, cause my dog to park, and they are trespassing.
