  Absolutely a scam! We signed up for their year contract and they did absolutely nothing to actually control the pest problem we have. Even after calling/complaining and requesting someone be sent out, they still didn't fix the problem. They are now charging me $150 to get out of said contract, while emailing, calling, and texting me constantly asking for this money. I've already explained that I'm not going to pay, yet they keep harassing me. If they spent half the time working on providing quality services that they do harassing customers, maybe they wouldn't need to do this. Enforcing a contract termination fee for someone that did not receive quality service is horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this company, nor will I pay the fee.

  It took me a while to realize I was being scammed by this company. But it's a COMPLETE PREDATORY company. Makes you not want to do business with door to door salesman. I was promised a 1 time charge of $120 for bimonthly service and now being charged $120 every time someone comes out. We haven't received 1 treatment yet but the charges are rolling in and there's nothing we could do about it because we signed an agreement. I hate feeling like a helpless victim but this is a learning experience to be vigilant about companies that come after honest and unsuspecting people. I hope this reaches someone in the future.

  I have no idea with whom I'm speaking to, but you've already charged me over $200 than what I was supposed to pay. A comment on the Better Business Bureau about my dissatisfaction with your companies practices, does not serve as documentation for cancellation of my order with you guys. You have my email on file, how about you send me written documentation that my account is indeed closed. I don't trust you!

  Upon a door-to-door random person came knocking on my door I agreed to their services. Only because I was initially told that I could cancel after six months of service or I would have to pay the remainder of my contract which I thought was only 12 months. This person hands me a laptop to sign my name to and nowhere did it mention that it was for 24 months! I'm now trying to cancel my service because they are way overpriced! Called their number and spoke with a CSR who tried to offer me more "discounted" services after I repeatedly told her I wasn't interested. When I asked her to email me a copy of my contract she sent it immediately. That's where I saw at the bottom that it states "24 months". She then offered me one bi-monthly service and would send over a revised agreement which would state that my services would end in October 22. She said, "I will send it 3 minutes after this phone conversation." Here it is 30 minutes later and she hasn't sent anything, This scamming company is training their employees well. All the way from the initial greeting of lies to the later of trying to cancel with even more lies. I initially signed on 6/29/21. This company is a scam! Now I'm researching and noticed I'm not the only person they have scammed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECOSHIELD!

  This company is a scam. Services supposed to be performed are not completed. I have been trying to cancel my service for 2 days now and I can't seem to get anyone to help me. This company used to be good until they hired children to do the service

  EcoShield is a scam, they will charge you for services not provided, they will try to fool you with all kind of lies and stories and you can NEVER disconnect from their services, they continue to charge you no matter how many times you call them. Their top management are all cons and would not talk to you on the phone, this is a warning, stay away from this business at all costs!!!! or you will pay top dollars for no service.
