    Shady company. Only notified of money owed once collections reached out. Numerous line items on medical bill and this was the only one labeled as a workmans comp claim which insurance wont cover. Interesting that all 127 other line items were appropriately labeled and yet you're the only one with a mislabeled item. Call insurance who three-way into the anasthesia company. Half the money owed they shouldn't have charged. The other half is still in collections and won't be removed until paid. Well it wont be paid until it is resubmitted as the correct claim type. Come to find out, they don't even want to resubmit it. Instead it's going to a review board for whatever reason. Company likes to point fingers at everyone but their own shady practices and then play stupid like it's not their fault.
    I've read the other reviews and the company's response is essentially "not our problem, its a third party company." Well, it's your decision to continue to use that company after the myriad of issues you see they display. And at no point since your August 2022 policy change have you ever reached out via phone before attempting collections. You're a joke. Competency in this world is a waning quality.

    Of course we have no choice in who handles anesthesia in surgery, but if I did it would never be Anesthesia Company LLC.
    They never sent me a bill, instead forwarding the debt to a collection agency 30 days after my surgery. Their google reviews tell this same story over and again.
    I guess rather than having an effective billing department, they simply outsource it to a collection agency.
    If I could make this a zero star review, I would. But 1 star will have to suffice.

    Anesthesia Company would have followed up on this issue had the patient contacted the company before posting this review.  The information provided in the complaint does not provide enough information to comment on this specific problem.  We outsource our billing to a very professional company that bills patients monthly for 3 months and transfers the bill to a collection agency as a last resort only if there is no response from the patient. We welcome the opportunity to speak to the patient posting this complaint to discuss their concern.
