      No less than 12 calls to try and get an existing RX refilled. No call backs. Not only did the RX get filled for 38 days instead of 90 days but when the mistake was found it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Then it took almost a week to finally get it right - this was completed by another doctor. I tried calling at least 4 of their locations and not one person picked up the phone. I left several messages and was only called back after locating the office manager.

      I went to ************ *** ********* in Tunkhannock, Pa. for my routine eye exam. Ordered glasses had to have them tightened numerous and was finally told they couldn't be tightened anymore. They continued to slide down my nose, also noticed I could not see distance as well as my old glass (which the frame was broken) when driving. I glued my old glasses back together, numerous times) and finally decided to go to a different eye business. Had an exam, their prescription was the same as my old glasses and then they checked my new glasses from ************ and was told the ones from ************ was not even my prescription. Went to ************ with their glasses and was told warranty was over with and that their glasses were the correct prescription, funny I can see distance perfectly with my new glasses from ******* ****** and CAN'T see distance with the ************ glasses. I will NEVER go back to ************, do not recommend ************ *** ********* in Tunkhannock. They do not back their service.
