  We are excited to get started with Qazzoo and the interview & Q&A process with Eric R********* was informative. He was genuine with his approach and explanation of the platform and by no means was "pushy". He allowed us to have flexibility with the plan that fit best for our Team and our budget! We are beginning to see Lead Options come across and look forward to solidifying our first transaction...and we thank Qazzoo in advance for this awesome opportunity!!

  Tom and Christian are so clear and precise I had zero hesitations in signing up for the lead service. I am excited to see the production results, and feel secure knowing my credits will be refunded in the case of unproductive leads.

  As I just signed on to this company I will reserve my thoughts. Speaking to Christian was fine. He was professional. My contact person did make promises which again I will have to wait and see. I did receive two names to contact. The first is a young woman I have received as a buyer on other sites. She is trying to purchase but does not have good credit. She thinks she can buy through renting to own. The second name I received was a woman when I asked how I may help... was she selling or buying. She said that she didn't mean to fill out the form. This is a situation that happens all too often. The general public just goes online clicks buttons and fills out forms thinking they are reaching a listing Agent most times. These two so-called leads are not "leads" but rather tire kickers.

  I will not speak on this service because I ended up cancelling before trying it out. Right after they took my money I had second thoughts and figured there was no way they would do a refund. The salesperson who I will leave his name out of this pressure sold me promises that were not actually realistic nor approved, and after reading similar comments a bad feeling came over me. But lucky for me, their incredible client service rep Nikki came to my rescue. First, she heard me out to try and understand the situation and what the salesman told me. After I provided details of our encounter she let me know that this was not normal protocol and planned to look into it further. I figured that she was just giving me anything to keep me at bay, but the next day she had notified me that my case had been escalated internally. She was willing to check to see if the call had been recorded to get a better idea for our conversation, and when she found out that it had not, she pushed for me to get a refund. When we spoke initially, I was frustrated, but left the whole situation having a renewed faith in people and the organization as a whole. Because of her, I have nothing bad to say about Qazzoo. Thank you again Nikki! You rock!

  The presentation was excellent. It's actually convinced me to sign on to the lead program. Also, lead system is easy to navigate.

  I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. They made promises they did not deliver on. I signed on but got authorization to postpone as I had serious health issues and was dealing with cancer at the time. I paid a lot of money for what I think was a 3 month program. The lead generation system was not what they promised. I was only interested in seller leads. They represented they were sending me seller leads which is what I was led to believe I purchased. Instead I was sent buyer leads that were represented as potential sellers wanting to sell eventually. I sent multiple emails indicating my dissatisfaction. I also emailed to let them know not to renew. They renewed and charged me anyway. I contested with my credit card company but have been in and out of the hospital for extended stays and must have missed some of the follow up. When I saw the charge recur on my statement and called my credit card company to explain that I hadn't received the dispute info. I was told the time had lapsed. I would never do business with these people again. All they cared about was getting their money not backing up their word or their product. I have numerous emails explaining that the service was not working for me and that I did not want to extend but they were all disregarded. I can't think of a sleazier way to do business than to take advantage of someone in their most challenging hours but they did. Regardless of the situation they made no efforts to remediate the damages.

  Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Eric Richardson did a great job explaining the platform giving me all the info I needed to make a good decision. Highly recommend this company if you're looking to add a new lead source to your real estate business.
