    Wish I could give it a zero. Twice in the last two months our trash goes without pickup and sits for an entire week. No call backs from the office, no communication about missed pickups, no refunds. You pay upfront and yet zero accountability on their end. Integrity with this company is non-existant.

    I have trash pickup scheduled twice a week. They are missing trash pickups more frequently. When you call them to make a complaint the lady just say she will let the supervisor know but it still doesn't change the miss pickups. Customers should atleast het refunds back for all the miss pickups. Also they keep going up on there rates.
