    This company did shots work and the contactor cut corners and complained more than I did. Its been approximately a month and I still have no handle and the flooring is not correct as it's an inch or more gap on the side and back of refrigerator where new floor should be. The contractor even pulled the refrigerator out but didn't complete the job. I want these issues handled immediately. I don't want harassing calls saying call your rep as the communication with this company is beyond horrible. Strictly money driven

    I have reached out to the company to schedule after receiving a message from *****. ***** is the same individual who did not respond to me at the beginning of this project. However the company has not scheduled a date and time to complete the issues. The company has left me messages as to an outstanding balance. I am aware the balance is outstanding and it will be paid once the issues are completed. No one from the company ever contacted me to inquire as to my satisfaction with the job. A job where the contractor complained, did subpar work, installed ill fitting cabinets and didn't properly install a water valve. As the company responds promptly to you I would like it noted that I would like this matter completed by 3.25.25 if not sooner. I am available 9 -1 to schedule and/or complete the work. The business can call or text me with definite details. I don't want to prolong this

    Our project manager, Mac, was out yesterday and spoke with the homeowner. Mac saw where the flooring needs to be completed, shoe molding to be done, and install the missing cabinet pull. We will have a representative out by Tuesday at the latest, to finish these items.

    The job is still incomplete as of 3.25.25. I am still missing a handle, the hole above the microwave is still open and need a touch up kit because the installer damaged my cabinet while repairing the floor.

    Paid for a complete new roof with new starter strip, flashing and shingles while agreeing to pay $100 for any sheets of plywood that needed to be replaced and knowing, on what is a low slope portion of the roof multiple if not all the plywood would need replaced in that section. I was told we couldn't move forward on the job unless I agreed to having no warranty on the low slope portion. I agreed and was told it shouldn't be an issue as shingles were already present currently and had never Leaked. After the work was paid for the roof leaked. Upon further inspection I discovered the flashing to be wildy caulked all over, shingles bunched up at the sides causes gaps, new starter strip not used and in another area an entire portion of roof that was paid for but not replaced at all. Upon talking with the salesman someone came out and literally put caulk under one shingle and placed some rocks on it to hold it down. Of course this didn't help. I started catching the water in a storage tub as paint and drywall began to fall from the cieling. Another person was sent out who agreed the section needed re done and was not Done properly the plywood had not been replaced and now they're were low spots between the joists were water was puddling and coming back up under the shingles. I sent an email directly to the company and got a call from the salesman who assured me he was working with the company for a solution. I sent another email and informed them my next step was to contact the attorney generals office and start writing reviews. This email was met with another phone call this time I was told "were a big company who doesn't take kindly to threats" and that the roof could be replaced in that area with a proper low slope material at a cost of another 1700 but only if I "rescinded my email" when asked about the section that was left untouched completely I was told another price would have to be worked up. At this point I ended the call and declined and further work.

    They reached out and agreed to resurface the leaking portion and to complete the section that was never done. They were supposed to reach back out with a date they would be doing the work but have not as of yet. I will call tomorrow and see if they still plan to make the repairs and when.

    On September 13, 2023, I signed a contract with Kris Construction to remove the existing bathtub to convert to a stand-up shower. Kris Construction would install the door on the new shower, and replace two existing shower doors, a total of 3 Doors, work was completed. On November 8, 2023, the final walkthrough was completed, during that time Door #3 top Rail was identified with imperfection, and noted that corrections would be performed. I reached out to the Rep on 11/13/2023, and 11/14/2023 via phone (1-443-752-8037). On 11/13/2023 Joann L******* emailed me and stated she forwarded my email to the Luxury Bath Office. On 11/22/2023 I reached out to Joann L******* to get a status with no response. Kris Konstruction, Inc. was paid $5,000.00 on 09/13/2023 and a final payment of $10,500 on 11/10/2023. I am requesting to have the job completed and a refund of $3,875.00 (.25% of the total contract)

    Thank you for taking the time follow up on your service request. We appreciate your business and have not forgotten about you. The top rail of your shower door was reordered and is expected in by the end of this week. Shipping has been slower with the holiday and I apologize this was not relayed to you. 

    The bulk amount of your contract was for your complete shower replacement, we then replaced two shower doors for you (this being one of them) at a much discounted rate since we were already going to be working in your home on the full shower replacement. We will be calling you as soon as your parts come in to schedule your service.

    Thank you for your response. When we did your final walkthrough we have no documentation of complaints in the main bathroom, only the top rail on the shower door in your other bathroom which we are addressing.

    Our General Manager called and spoke with you the same day you submitted your original complaint to address any and all issues. When you answered you said you would call him back and we have not heard from you since. You are covered under our Lifetime Labor Warranty and we are happy to address whatever is needed or any issues with installation that pertain to the original contract. We look forward to correcting these for you.
