Great company- no pressure sale, great product/price, prompt follow-up, communications between office, project manager and work crew. They expertly removed roof shingles, protected house, windows, shrubs and cleaned area, using magnets to remove nails in grass or around worksite. The job was completed in 1 day and all worked pleasantly together as a team to get job done.

Hi Kris Konstruction Company was in our area, and saw my husband outside who Brandon from the company ask if he would like a free quote. So my husband said yes, he then proceeded to the roof and came down and give him information of the findings of the state of roof. Our insurance company was called into matter because we did the roof through them. Process was a bit tedious through the insurance company. But Brandon went all the way with us, keep checking to see if the insurance company had approved everything for the job. We have finally gotten our new roof and its looking great! I was referred to Kris Konstruction by a friend and contacted them about some roof damage. Their representative (Brandon) provided me with a no fee roof inspection and estimate. He filed the necessary paperwork with our insurance company and helped us with the claim process. As soon as we decided to move forward with replacing our roof, I met with Brandon to select materials and he got us scheduled almost immediately. The crew arrived early and wasted no time getting to work. Care was taken to protect all bushes with tarps and guys were constantly picking up debris as they stripped off the old roof materials. The crew foreman went above and beyond by diagnosing a potential leak point at the base of a window and placed protective materials to alleviate to issue. The entire crew was polite and performed as true professionals. Our new roof looks great and I am very happy with the level of service we received from Kris Konstruction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior or interior home improvements or repairs.

new roof was fine but promise to do all dealings with insurance company was a complete lie. they requested ok from insurance company to put on a tarp, but when insurance company was slow to pay for tarp they threanted to turn me in to collections. the main reason I hired them over a 5 k lower estimate was because they continuously lied about dealing with insurance companyKris Konstruction, Inc.

We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience that may have occurred during the process of interacting with your insurance company.
It seems as though there may have been a misunderstanding, although we are able to communicate with your insurance provider to get updates on claims that you file, we have no control over what they choose to approve, or timing of such.
We have been reaching out to your insurance company since 6/8/23 to collect final funds and they have not responded to any emails or texts. In that same time frame, we have reached out to you as well with no response, explaining that we are trying to collect the balance of your past due account. With both you and your insurance company ignoring us for weeks, that is why we sent a message alerting you that this would go to collections if you were not going to communicate with us about the balance due.

I HAD A NEW ROOF PUT ON AND IT COULDN'T HAVE GONE ANY BETTER. BRANDON, MY CONTACT , KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING GOING ON . THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND LOOKS GREAT. THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. .I WOULD REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO KRIS KONSTRUCTION ANYTIME. I can't say enough about my entire process with Kris Konstruction! I had some roof damage from the summer's storms. I reached out to Michael P********. He was super quick to respond, came out to see the roof quickly, helped me with my insurance and the entire process. He always been easy to get in contact with. The roof was installed 2 weeks earlier than I expected! The crew that came, also came in time, I never saw them take a break, were respectful and cleaned up everything! Im a Realtor deal with contractors most days. I know better than to expect no issues or delays. But there were none! Thank you all so much and it looks great!Kris Konstruction, Inc.
