I have requested this business to remove my information from their site as I never authorized it to be loaded. Having my address listed puts my life at risk. After having requested that they remove my information, they instead of removing my info, listed that the info was confirmed as being accurate on 01/28.

I live in California and have been seeking to have my information, under California privacy rules, removed from the internet. When someone ******s my phone number of *********7, a former rental property- *** **** Santa Monica appears under the searchpeoplefree.com website. There is no mechanism in place to contact a live person at searchpeoplefree.com to request that information be removed and all attempts to do so over the internet have not yielded results. This is my private information and I have a right to know the source of the data and to have it taken down. Data brokers who are trading on personal information should be required to provide contact information such that an individual can speak with an actual person working for the business. I have filed a complaint with ****** as well and believe this to be a corrupt business. There is no reason my former address should appear when googling my phone number as my phone number billing address is linked to NY and has never been associated with this address. When I was living there, this internet information presented a security issue to me. That I no longer live there does not minimize the importance of removing this data from search results and disassociating my phone number with that address. At a minimum, searchpeoplefree.com needs to ask ****** to recrawl their site so that search results are updated for any information they claim has been removed. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

I am rejecting this response because:
****** requires the precise url showing that my phone number appears on your site. I agree that when searching on your site my phone number does not appear at this time however my former address still appears in ****** search under your site when googling my phone number.
You, as the business not me, need to request that ****** crawl and re-index your site such that old information is removed. I would kindly ask that you confirm when ****** has crawled and re-indexed your site.
In addition, please confirm that all my data has been permanently removed from your database and advise what source was used to obtain the information linking my phone number to my former address at *** **** street in California so I can ensure that source data is permanently deleted. No creditcards or phone numbers were ever billed to this address. It’s perplexing to me where this information came from and I would like to know the specific source for this data breach. Thank you.

If they have delinked my telephone number with that address and removed my data from their website then they now need to ask ****** to recrawl and index their website. When phone number ###-###-#### is entered into search, the first line item is "people living at *** **** Street in Santa Monica, California" .
Website: www.Searchpeoplefree.com . Search people free.com needs to ask ****** to RE-CRAWL and INDEX THEIR WEBSITE. Any legitimate company would have no issue requesting this of ****** as this will eliminate corrupt data purportedly removed from their records. This business should be shut down. It should not take 6 months to have this type of information removed from the internet.

The company needs to ask ****** to" RE-CRAWL and RE-INDEX" their website. HAS THIS SPECIFIC REQUEST BEEN MADE?
It is the only way in which information will be removed from search. They say they reached out to ******. Did ****** confirm that information was taken down? If yes, please forward a snapshot of communication confirming this fact.

I searched my name on the internet and found that this company was reporting my personal information. I opted out with them on 10/18/23. They removed my page from their site however, they still have my personal information on the internet search engines so that when you search my name my information comes up.

I at no time authorized this company to collect, publish or sell my personal information. I am the victim of crime and am personally harmed by companies selling and publishing my personal information.

I used the URL that you sent to me to try to remove the information from the internet search. I found the directions for the removal confusing so I am hoping that I did it correctly. Frankly, since you put this information on the internet without my authorization, I believe that you should be the ones to remove it and not put the responsibility on me.

I accidentally text the wrong number. Just to be safe I went ahead and googled my phone number to see if they are able to pull any information and I was surprised to find searchpeoplefree.com has all my information available for anybody to Google. I would like all my information associated with my name, phone number, addresses, and email addresses is to be removed. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to communicate with this company since this information was Scraped from the Internet without my permission. I do not feel it is safe to communicate with this company, I would like this company to remove all my information. I’m sure that everyone can understand with today’s climate of spoofing stealing and fraud. How important it is for people to feel safe and secure.

This company has publicly publish my information WITHOUT my consent. They not only published my name, but also my phone number, physical address (current and all previous for up to 13 years), family information, etc. This has not only caused an insane number of harassing spam calls, but now the spammers are TEXTING me and telling me where my house is located. Some days I receive (unanswered) around ***** calls from these people, all because of SearchPeopleFree.com publishing all of my private information without my consent! Ive answered 2 call by accident and both times they said it was to discuss ********** Im 40; I dont have ********* but when I asked to be removed from the call list I was told I have a beautiful voice and another man asked me to marry him! THIS IS NOT OK! Now they are texting me and saying where I live! This is 100% pure harassment. For my personal safety, and the safety of my 7 yr old child, need all of my personal information scrubbed from this site IMMEDIATELY!!! This could affect my and my sons personal safety!!! Please help me!!!

Search People Free is blasting my personal information (address, phone number and relatives) online for anyone to search. They are promoting stalking which is something I have personally dealt with a few years back. I am fearful of my safety. I have tried to opt out 15 TIMES following their instructions EXACTLY but each time it says Non-Success Status Code:422. I have tried calling them by phone! No one answers. I need them to take down my information ASAP. Do not instruct me to go through your faulty opt out page again like you have instructed the others because as I already mentioned it is not processing my information which I believe is by design. My email address and phone number are associated with this complaint and so you can use that to remove my PERSONAL information.

I've never done business with this company. They have a profile for me that consists of alot of inaccurate information and has me associated with people I have no connections to. So basically I tried to contact this company to remove the inaccurate profile. But to do that I have to actually give them accurate information about me to get it removed. And that isn't something I'm willing to do. So I ask that this company be contacted on my behalf by the BBB and ask the profile and any other places on the site that lists my name and any information related to me be removed immediately.
