      By far the worst customer service of any bank around. Staff is not diligent, does not answer to requests or emails. Incredibly long wait times on the phone, complicated processes, inefficiency, you will not be helped when you need it. Do not park your money here.

      Very poor to no costumer service. Spent more than 1 hour over the telephone waiting for customer service. When someone picked up the phone, he was inept and not able to provide customer service. If you decide to open an account with this bank, be prepared to spend long time over the telephone for customer assistance and likely they will not be of help or assistance.

      I would stay away from this bank.. If you deposit money you'll have a terrible time getting it back!
      They will put a lock on your account so that you can't transfer your money back to your bank.
      I spent hours on the phone with several different customer service people and got the worse runner round ever. I was told to send a form to close the account and then they would unlock my account; they didn't unlock or even call back as they assured me they would. This bank has seized $5,000.00 of my money and won' t give it back. I had to file a complaint with my attorney generals office and CFPD ( consumer financial protection bureau) I still waiting for the results of the complaints. pleases for your own sake, invest some where else!

      I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO CONTACT CFG BANK BY PHONE. I HAVE CALLED ALL THEIR NUMBERS. I AM PUT ON HOLD EACH TIME. TODAY I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER ONE HOUR. I CALLED YESTERDAY WITH THE SAME RESULTS...NO ANSWER FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. I LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM TO CALL ME YESTERDAY AND TODAY. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS. HOW CAN I GET THEM TO TALK WITH ME ON THE PHONE?

      So far not impressed. Although the rates are higher than some for a little percent higher you sacrifice a lot of service. Web site is at a minimum. Been trying to do a transfer for 2 days now, web will not load up, guess I will have to call them, which really defeats the purpose of online banking doesnt it?
