    On June 06, 2022, I acquire the services of this company to complete a concealed carry course certification.

    I paid for the "all signature package" meaning all the procedures to get my license like application and other would be taken care of by this company. I paid $600 plus dollars for the service plus another $200 for the class.

    I just found out that they never submitted my application to the Maryland Police department they never performed any of the "all signature package" as stated on the class. All they did was to give a two-day class and hand over the certificate. None of the other services were completed even dough I Paid in advance.

    There were multiple issues with this case, we elected to refund the client the funds as he desired. This case is now considered closed.

    I have heard of a refund to be sent however almost two weeks and no refund has been issued.

    On September 18th, check number **** has sent to the client at his home address as the client requested. This case is closed and no further response will publicly be made on our behalf. We have done all that has been asked of us.
