    I took the Concealed Carry Permit class with Fortress Training in Ellicott City.
    The class was fine, albeit I wasn't interested in the gun that we were given to assemble and disassemble. I was under the impression that Fortress Training submitted our info to the MSP so we could receive our HQL (if the actual procedure was told then it must have happened while I was out of the class getting finger printed). Finally after two months I contacted Fortress Training to let them know I had not yet received my HQL (I'm talking with the woman who answers the phone for FT). She tells me that they do not do that and that I have to submit my information on the MSP Licensing Portal and I said "You mean under the 77R section (Purchase of Regulated Firearms)?"
    And she says "No, I mean the MSP Licensing Portal". So it goes back and forth and when she finally returned my call on this day (almost 5 hours later) I'm now at work and I can't talk so I told her that and she remarks "Well I'm trying to help you!" and I'm thinking what is this person's problem?!
    I work for a major corporation in DC and I needed to be at my post and she didn't understand that. I told her I would call her back on Monday and I did, early, and left her a voice message to return my call before 12:30 pm. She did not return my call and I did not appreciate this.
    It's like okay, we got your money and now you're on your own.
    And it is the 77R section of the Licensing Portal, how could she not know this?!
    The class was a 4.5 rating but dealing with the woman on the phone lowered it to a 2 Star rating.
