      T. Rowe Price significantly changed the funds and type of funds in its ********************************* including the name. They did NOT notify clients in advance. We got a letter more than 60 days after the changes occurred. They sent us a report in March, but it was under the new name, which no one recognized. There was no cover letter explaining the name change, the fund changes and the change to philosophy in the fund's choice of stocks. Three of 16 funds, nearly 25% were removed. These were all international funds. International exposure is now very limited. We needed to know about these changes BEFORE the funds were sold not AFTER. Internal funds have now increased in trading price significantly and I would not be able to buy as many shares if I sold my funds now. They disenfranchised me and everyone else by not being honest, forthright and candid with us, before making the change.

      You said I could send you the a  form  that you send me giving  permission to speak to *. **** Price. I put it in the mail two days ago.  How can you close my issue when you ***** even have my form yet?  If you didn't need the form why did you ask me  to send it  to you.  You didn't even bother to look at it, as you don't have it yet.

      I would like to know what T. Rowe Price said to you that made you decide to close this case.  They did NOT provide me with any advance notification that they were changing the types of funds they invest with.  That is a violation of SEC regulations.  Do you not understand this?  When you close a case and don't give me any idea what was discussed, it's rude and disconcerting. What they told you was probably some garbage by their "corporate office" who wanted you to drop this case.  I did have someone from their "executive office" call me, and she  concurred that advance notice must be given to investors before major decisions are made to change the focus of investing for a mutual fund.  However, your decision to drop this case without hearing from me tells me that you really aren't' interested in the issue.  Please, in the future, don't' bother asking people to fill out and  send you forms since you have no intention of using the form before you close the case.  You are just wasting people's time and money.  I've been very disappointed with the (lack) of results I've received from BBB over the past few years and will cease using you.  It's apparent you are just acting as a panacea and you really don't' have much interest in clients who have been taken advantage of by large businesses.

      I am rejecting this response because:  T. Rowe Price called me several days ago and claimed they had sent me a letter in advance of changing the mixture of funds in this fund in which I am invested.  I never received the letter.  When I told the young woman with whom I spoke that she had a letter that was never sent and that she did NOT have the correct letter, she became flustered and said she'd have to check further.  She said that was the only letter provided to her!  She works in the **************** and she had no clue that she was given the wrong letter by her supervisors.  this company is just stalling, lying and trying to ignore the issue.  They don't' even provide people in the **************** who reach out to the customers with the correct information!  That was shy I had to talk with nine people and spend hours ont he phone because they don't' have the same letters that are sent out to customers informing them that these changes have already been made.   I guess I'll have to report them to the SEC.

      I am rejecting this response because: See attached letter.  They have reached out to me, but they have not solved the problem or explained what gives them the right to change the make up of the fund I am invested in without giving me proper notice.  I got a notice AFTER they had already made the change.  It deprived me of the right to move my money elsewhere when the fund ws higher.  Now it has dropped in value and if I move my money to a similar fund as the one they had before, I will incur a loss.

      I have money in a **** account at *.**** **********************. They are refusing to allow me access to the money.The issue is that the phone number they have on the account is incorrect, it is the phone number of my former employer therefore when I attempt to access my account the verification code goes to my former work phone number. I have called them numerous times but they refuse to correct this by phone. They are insisting on me going thru their authenticator process which will not work because my middle name is fully spelled out on my drivers license but the account only has my middle initial. I have called them numerus times but, they refuse to help me, citing their procedure.PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN I INITIALLY SIGNED UP FOR THE ACCOUNT, I CHOSE THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION INCREASE BY MISTAKE. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME BY PHONE, BUT MY FORMER EMPLOYER WAS ABLE TO CALL AND HAVE THE ANNUAL INCREASE WAS REMOVED. SO, THEY ALLOWED THAT PERSON MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ACCOUNT BY PHONE BUT WILL NOT DO SO FOR ME, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER.I HAVE NOTIFIED THEM THAT THE AUTHENTICATOR PROCESS DOES NOT WORK BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO HELP ME BY PHONE.       RE: CORRESONDENCE # ******.....I was notified by T. Rowe Price that I was named as a beneficiary on a retirement account held by THE Deceased **** ********, who passed away 16 years ago.Despite being named as the beneficiary, I have not received any account statements or communications regarding the account for the past 16 years. Since being notified by T. Rowe Price of this inactive account in November 2024, I made repeated attempts to contact T. Rowe Price to obtain information regarding the account but have been met with negligence and lack of response to as why this account sat dormant for 16 years.Due to the time elapse of over 16 years, a death certificate is currently unavailable, complicating the resolution of this matter.T. Rowe Price has a duty to communicate with account holders and beneficiaries regarding thier accounts. Their failure to provide statements and respond to inquiries constitutes negligence on thier part per the Investement Advisors Act to keep clients informed. They are now putting the burden on myself who has been unable to manage or understand the status of the account or its value. To seek legal counsel that may in fact cost me more then the value of the fund. I was provided no information regarding the account to make an informed decision.I request that T. Rowe Price to provide all relevant account statements and information regarding this account as I was verified by T. Rowe Price as the designated beneficary.I even went as far as to suggest and agree to a Hold Harmless Agreement regarding the release of any funds and closure of the account.

      I am a past employee of ******************************************** my employment ended on 6/30/24. T. Rowe Price retirement services managed the retirement plans for that company. I have been attempting to rollover my funds to another retirement fund and have been getting nothing but delay tactics from *** to do this.       Refusing to allow withdrawal. I have an excess contribution into my **** ***. Its a simple fix, I just need to withdrawal the funds that I deposited. Yesterday, I spent almost 2 hrs on the phone then signing all required documentation. The next day I received an email saying they needed more information. Im now being told that I have to come up with an exact number on how much I deposited and the earnings for each deposit. I asked how am I supposed to get this info? They replied I just have to figure it out. Ive been with trow for years as a customer and ********************** in the stock. Now that I have a problem and after talking to multiple employees, I realize this is a poorly managed company with untrained/uneducated employees. Stay away from this company at all cost and if youre with them-LEAVE. Because the moment you have a problem youre screwed. Ive spent 3 hours on the phone, completed all documentation, and still am at ********. The apathy with this staff is honestly insulting. Now im gearing up to transfer everything from this company and can only imagine the nightmare ahead. Whole operation is a joke and Im done being apart of it.

      In May 2023 I instructed them to roll my **** 401K to a **** ***, and a traditional 401K to another traditional 401K. Without my consent, they rolled my traditional 401k into a **** ***. I was told by ******* ****** that it was an irreversible transaction. This now increased my tax liability $11,256 in federal and $1,013 in state taxes. This is a total of $12,269 in increased taxes that I have to pay due to their negligence.

      I took a loan out 09/2023 for about $110 each paycheck and they forgot to deduct the money from my pay which led to them changing the original amount from $110 to $253.00 . The loan was paid off as of 2/8/2024 and they are still deducting the amount from my paycheck .This was escalated to a manger at **** Price on 2/16 and nothing has been done .

      I spoke with someone from **************** who told me they never received the payment from my e player so I e-mailed my HR department who sent me a check for the requested amount . The check came from **** directly so they did receive the payment sent to them of 2/16. I requested a supervisor to call me back and as of today no one has called me back about the mid information provided . Terrible customer service and they provided misleading information

      About 12 years ago I had a retirement set up by the owner of my old job. The mans name is ******** *********, the company name was **** ** **** ***. Over this time I have recieved numerous letters from T. RowePrice stating that immediate action is required for me to contact their company to discuss the account, stating that if I do not contact them I will forfit any and all earnings. I have been trrying to resolve this the entire time. I have provided the company with all requested information of my name, ****** ***********, my DOB of ********, my social security number, ending in ****, my past 2 addresses of *** ******* ****** *** *, Rochester NY 14612 and *** ******* ***** Rochester, NY 14612. I have been treated with the absolute up most disrespect, I have litterally been laughed at. They will give me absolutely no information about my account, I am unable to add funds, not allowed to get statements, or transfer documents so I can get this account out of their hands and into a company who is competent enough to help secure my future with investments. This has been going on too long and I am asking for help. I am requesting help from the BBB as to how to go about getting some resolution. I have been LAUGHED AT for getting upset. Enough is enough. These letters state I can update my address at an email address of troweprice/rps. However I do not have an account number on file. I am unable to prove my identity to the company. I have requested to email a picture of my license, they deny my solution. Can I please have some help now? This has been going on wayyyyyyy too many years.
