I am truly disgusted with Pandora. I have been getting Pandora jewelry from my husband for over a decade and have gotten it for all the women in our family over the years. I usually buy things in store but decided to get myself two charms I still needed to complete a bracelet online. I placed my order yesterday evening and today (less than 12 hrs later) saw that both charms are much more discounted. One went from $30 to $21 and the other from $55 to $27. I called Pandora customer service to get a price adjustment but I was told that they can't do that. I asked if I could cancel the order and was told no even though it did not ship yet. I asked if I could return the items and was told no because the two charms are final sale. The rep told me all I can do is contact USPS and tell them I want to refuse the package and return to seller. This seems ridiculous to me. I just wanted a price adjustment and was planning to buy an extra charm with that money anyways. Needless to say this has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Any other company would have had no issues doing a price adjustment. This feels financially predatory. I've always enjoyed the quality of Pandora charms and collecting them and now I feel like I just want to sell the whole lot on eBay and never purchase anything from them ever again. All over $40. I was planning on starting a bracelet for my little girl but I don't think so now. There's plenty of other charm companies out there. I guess it's time to move on.Pandora Jewelry LLC

Ordered some charms with the guarantee that it would arrive by the 24th if placed by the 20th. I placed my order on the 19th. Contacted customer service when I had time to buy another gift on the 22nd and they reassured me that it would still arrive by the 24th. It's now 5pm on the 24th and it still isn't here and I don't have time to buy another gift. I contacted customer service and all they told me was "weather issues".Pandora Jewelry LLC

1 starI am speechless and completely, utterly disappointed. I wish I could give negative stars at this point. I've never had a bad experience with Pandora until I ordered online. I feel I was inconvenienced, lied to, ignored, and information was omitted. I ordered 2 charms using the 30% off Black Friday sale code online. I received the order after what I'd consider a normal wait, and the order was completely wrong. I called, was not offered much of an apology, and was told to return the wrong order. I asked if I was receiving the correct order. The agent said yes - no tracking info, nothing. I waited and checked my email to see if a replacement was coming - nothing. I sent an email - no response. I called again (long wait times, probably for the holiday season). I was told that the charms were out of stock and that they could issue me a refund. I said that this, alone, was unacceptable and that I wanted my original discount (30%). The agent had me call a different number to escalate it. The agent at that number transferred me to another number. Dropped call. I called back the customer service number I called the first time and got the same agent I had in the first place. He finally was able to give me the original 30% off that I had in the first place. Tired from all the calling and disappointment, I agreed to this. I received the code in the email. I tried placing an order using the discount code about a week later. IT DIDNT WORK. I tried the chat online, waited for an agent, and typed my explanation. NO RESPONSE. I called and waited for an agent. Explained everything AGAIN. She told me that the code expired yesterday. I'm fairly certain the expiration info was omitted to me when I was given it; I could also not find it in the email. She said the absolute most she could do was give me a 25% off discount (EVEN LESS than what I originally had and what the other agent gave me!) I reluctantly accepted it but I feel I have been completely let down by this company.Review fromCindy L

I'm very upset with pandora this year. I bought two charms this year on a event where it's buy two get one free, but my package got lost in delivery and when I called they have to do a whole investigation on my package and filed a whole claim. After three days ups told me they had to resend it back to the sender. I called pandora to ask if they can resend the package and they told me they can only have me make a repurchase which means I would have to pay for three charms instead of buy two get one free. I told them the only reason why I'm buying it is because of the event and they said they can only give me a discount. What I'm looking for is not a discount, I only want my buy two get one free. It's not my fault the package is lost all they had to do was resend my package. I've been with pandora for 7 years and this is the first time this is ever happening. I'm very upset with my experience with them this year. I just told them I don't want it no more and I just ask for my money back. I blame myself for jumping on the pandora wagon. I've been dealing with them for about two years now and I had a few problems but the most recent problem is will put icing on the cake for me I recently purchased two charms to add to my bracelet one was a 14 karat gold spinning world charm with a value of about $89 I ordered it on October 5 and it broke the world broke right out of the circle by the 15th really their jewelry is junk like made in China Very much so overratedPandora Jewelry LLC

I bought a Pandora necklace 3 years ago and on today I was washing my hair and the necklace got wet. When I looked down at the necklace, it was gold!! It could have been the shampoo I used , but why is it gold under silver? It's like it was sprayed silver because it was completely gold on one side! I paid too much money for this necklace for it to be sprayed over and not really silver!!! I am very upset because I have shopped with Pandora for years..... but no more!!!Pandora Jewelry LLC

1 starPandora had a sale where you would get a free bracelet if you spent over $100. I ordered some jewelry and added my choice for the free bracelet. When my shipment came, the bracelet was missing. I contacted customer service 3 times, they said they would mail it. The last time I called they said the bracelet was out of stock. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the representative, she didn't seem to care. She didn't even offer an option of picking another bracelet from the choices they initially had. Purchased items online on 5/17/2022. Received the items on 5/20/2022 only to discover that my husband had already purchased these for me. As a result I tried to return the items in store on 6/7/2022, well within their 30 day return policy period. The store refused to take my return stating since I had used ****** to purchase then I had to return by mail w/ a *** label they provided. I did so on 6/9/2022 with the tracking number. *** confirms this package arrived later on 6/9 at the back dock where someone named Grant received it. Yet here it is 8/18/2022 & I have not received my refund of $543.25. I have called 3 separate times speaking to Kesha, Tenielle, & Brandy. All 3 have confirmed the return package was received. All 3 agree that a refund should be issued. Kesha opened up a case #XXXXXXX & stated I should have it in 3-5 business days. It was never credited. I called back & spoke to Tenielle who assured me I should wait & it had been processed. A few more days & still nothing. I call back & get Brandy who tells me she is escalating to her supervisor because she does not understand why I don't have a refund either & I am told that they will get with me with a resolution within 24 hours. Well that 24 hours has come & gone & Pandora is still holding my $543.25 hostage. At this point I am afraid I may have no recourse but to contact the state of Tennessee's attorney general for consumer theft & fraud, as well as an attorney to file suit.
