      I purchased a charm bracelet with three charms. After only three days one of the charms fell off. I called a Pandora store in Strongsville Oh and they said I had to take it back to the store in Columbus where I bought it. So the next Saturday I drove all the way to Columbus. They refused to do anything for the lost charm that fell off even though they were the ones that put the charm on the bracelet. I don't even want to wear the bracelet anymore. I paid over $200 for it

      Horrible customer service! I ordered a charm and received an email that the charm needed to be picked up that day or it would be cancelled. I bought it for my daughter. I ordered it online from another city so I drove 200 miles one way only to find out that the store was closed. THEN, the next day they cancelled the order. The next rational question would be "why didn't you call?" Well, that was the cherry on top. The Pandora location at 404 Common Way in Chicago, Illinois has a disconnected phone. What???? What reputable business conducts business without a business phone for contact. One that has no intention of giving you service.
      I am on my 6th phone call to Pandora. I spoke with a supervisor "Dell" who was going to have her supervisor call me 5 days ago. She was checking around the area that I was leaving to vacation at. I never heard from her or her supervisor. Disgusted!

      I purchased 3 rings right before valentine's day. It was buy 2 get 1 free. I had 1 ring that was too tight so I sent it back. No where on the return form does it allow to exchange sizes. I was extremely disappointed when I only received $21 back refunded after sending that ring back. I called and explained i want the ring in a different size but they wouldn't fix the issue. I paid over $200 for 3 rings and I am very disappointed with pandora and their "customer service". They don't care about their customers and they don't make it easy for us to exchange our orders. Will not buy from them again!

      I ordered a ring for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. I ordered the day before the last day to get it delivered by Valentine’s Day which should mean the 13th. It finally showed up at 8:30 on Valentine’s Day. So it was too late to give it to my daughter. It seems they were willing to tell the customer what they wanted to hear just to get my money. Plus, the ring wasn’t nearly as impressive in person as it was on the website. I would rate this about a $20 ring, not $70.

      I placed an order on 12/19/22. At the time, there was a promotion available to get a free bracelet with a purchase of $150. My order qualified for the promotion and I was able to add the free item to the cart, but there was an issue that prevented me from checking out online. I called Customer Service for assistance and was advised that this was a known issue. The agent was able to place the order on her end, but she had to remove the free item from the bag. At the time, I was not offered any alternatives for this inconvenience. Once the order was place, I asked the agent to escalate the issue because I wanted to make sure I would still receive the free item. I was told I would hear back from someone within 48 hours. After not receiving a response from Pandora Jewelry, I contacted them on 1/9/23 and was told that the escalation case had been closed and that there were no more free bracelets available. The agent then asked if I was ever offered a gift card for the value of the bracelet ($85) since free items are not typically sent out and a gift card is offered instead. I advised that no one ever made that offer or suggestion despite the known order issues on 12/19/22. I was then told that the only resolution available at that time was to offer me a $20 or $25 gift card. This is not acceptable. I want the company to honor the original promotion that was available to me at the time of my order, which is a bangle valued at $85 or a gift card that covers the cost and shipping of a comparable item. I filed a BBB complaint 6 weeks ago and the company has yet to respond. I have been supporting this company for years, but the customer service, or lack thereof, is on a rapid decline.

      ZERO STAR RATING!!!! We loved Pandora Jewelry until the last 2 purchases that was made from the poor quality of the product, and the horrible customer service received, Being Double charge on two different platforms for one item, and never receiving a refund of my hard earned money they over charged for. I have all of the proof, spoke to multiple representatives on several occasions, 16 times to be exact, emailed all the documentation that was asked of me multiple times. to still be told that the orders do not exist in their system when all the order history is located on my actual account, but they can't see it or pull it on their end. my other issue is from a link bracelet with charms that continued to fall off starting on the first wear, it was a gift so by the time it was actually given it was after the return period. Employees in the store stated they've had multiple people with this issue but there was nothing that could be done. SO over all I've been SCAMMED out of $300 with zero response from this company. Will never purchase anything from thing else from this company.....

      I was a loyal Pandora customer for about 4 years. I have about 9 different bracelets, a necklace and plenty of charms. I was also a Pandora credit card holder until today. In mid November 2022, I attempted to purchase 2 bracelets online. Unfortunately their website was not loading. I called customer service, reported the above and placed the order with her. I received both bracelets in size 9 instead of 11. I attempted to exchange/return them to the store and was told that I need to contact their corporate office because 1 of the 2 bracelets were non-refundable. After calling, I was told to return both for a full refund. I returned both bracelets. Pandora received my pkg. on 12/2/22. However, I did not receive a refund until 1/16/23. I called Pandora 5 times. Additionally, I disputed the amount with Synchrony Bank. Although my email on 1/16/22 states a refund of $106.14, Synchrony Bank sent me an email stating the refund from Pandora is $106.13. 1 penny less. I tried calling, live chatting, all to no avail. I made the stupid payment of $.01 and requested that my credit card account be closed. I will never shop at Pandora or use any card issued by Synchrony Bank. Both have horrible customer service.

      Decided to order from this company for the first time since they had a sale of making a purchase of $150 and you'll receive a free bracelet. Being a college student and considering each charm is roughly $60 I decided to look into any student discounts, fortunately they did have a partnership with SB( student discounts). Upon adding items being over $150 to my card I applied my student code and placed my order. Upon receiving my order the issues began. I was missing one charm (was refunded since it would not arrive by Christmas) and my free bracelet was not in the package. I called and chatted with many representatives, I was first told by a young man that I would be issued an e-gift card in the amount of $85 because the bracelet is no longer in stock and it they wouldn't be able to send another but it would take 3-4 days. After a few days I called to check on the gift card as I hadn't received it then I spoke with a young lady who stated the gift card was already sent out but would again take 3-4 days. A week later I called again now the story changed stating that I was not receiving a gift card because my student discount put my total amount under $150 to $146. I was offered a "promotional code" as a courtesy, which I will not be using unless I am given the gift card I was promised or completely reimbursed for the tremendous hassle. Which in additional to in the fine print of the promotion does not state the amount has to be $150 after any student discount. Neither does it say my student discount disqualifies me from a store wide promotion. There lines are recorded for quality however all reps are very unpleasant.

      Wouldn't even give a one star! If you return your item they keep ur item u sent and ur money you never have away to get ahold of them they rip you off!
