      I have downloaded the app for the this laundry services. On 9/27 I added $50 to the app, my account was deleted and the funds have not been refunded. I have placed multiple calls to their customer service line and not been able to resolve this matter.

      On 8/5/2022 I made a purchase for $20 on this company's phone. The app over charged me $20 in which the app actually took $40 out of my account. I contacted my bank which did an investigation into the transaction and found that I had been over charged and refunded me the extra $20. FMB then goes into my app account and takes $20 which then puts my account into the negative by $8.50 . I have made several attempts with them to resolve this issue as well as sent pictures of my bank account showing the error and to no avail I have gotten no response from them. I just want my balance to go back to the $11.50 it was before they took the $20 that was not owed to them.
