  These guys put out an advertisement for people who have been on ******** for years and if they’ve had major tooth, decay or loss that they could be part of a class action lawsuit. I filled out all the paperwork and since I’ve been on this medication, I’ve lost five teeth but I’ve been in recovery over 14 1/2 years. I just got my rejection level because I am not a“acceptable case“ that they would want to deal with. They think that addiction only happens with the upper class that good addicted to ******* or *****‘s or ******* pills and then somehow they end up on ********… These men are phonies. They’re looking for only the upper class of the addicted, not anyone that could be looked down upon in anyway. I am in school for addiction studies and I’ll be working on my PhD in three years and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to let people know that these type of lawyers are the type of people that think that prescription drug use is somehow acceptable. Therefore, those people deserve to be represented, but if you were a heroin user, even if it was 30 years ago, you’ve been clean ever since it’s been on ******** you’re an unsavory client in their eyes. As far as I’m concerned, people like this are as bad as the companies, they conceal the fact that a vital drug that saves a lot of lies has serious side effects that they didn’t tell us about so they’re just there to make money off of other peoples paid, but only the upper crust. The lowlifes did not apply there everything I despise in this world, but their lawyers all they care about is money they don’t care about humanity, or what’s right.

  I have a beautiful experience working with Saiontz’s and Kirk with all three of my auto cases I had Josh S****** as my attorney and let me just say he is the best. Josh fought very hard on all of my cases when I had to have surgery in one of my cases he check on me every day. I highly recommend Saiontz and Kirk they will always me my first choice when it come to attorneys and if it’s a ever a case they don’t handle they always recommend the next best attorney for me and my family.   Saiontz and Kirk are in my opinion the lawyers you want on your side. They got back to me every time I needed a question answered they are very obligated to there clients. They handled my case as if I was the only client they had. The staff were very friendly, helpful.
  Saiontz and Kirk got me the best settlement that I could have received. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I would not hesitate to have them represent me They were the best!!!

  Not a good law firm whatsoever! They told me that they were handling cases for Fibroids due to the use of hair relaxers, I was told to sign documents for medical waivers and if I had any medical records on hand to please send to them . Well I did all of that and about 4-5 days later I received a letter stating that they couldn’t take on the case because they don’t have enough research on Fibroids and Hair Straighteners !! They need to return all my documents…..unbelievable

  Worst law firm I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of engaging.
  In the eight months since my car accident, I've only spoken to a lawyer once. He dominated most of the phone meeting. I attempted several times to interject, but was continually dismissed and cut off. I've sent a myriad of emails. I've called and left messages. I've asked pertinent questions surrounding the case which were never addressed. I was not updated or kept informed. Any communication at all was initiated by me. The staff expressed no compassion or concern for my injuries or the hardship I was experiencing because of the accident. In addition, the lawyer missed the most recent appointment that was scheduled by his office and never acknowledged the blunder. I'm still waiting.
  This law firm has caused as much pain and suffering as my initial accident.

  Saiontz & Kirk answered my call after my accident. I reached out to them online and I couldn’t be happier with the results. With care and understanding they listened to my wreck experience. Due to the nature of my injuries, accident, and experience, they explained to me that I had a case. They explained to me what I should do to protect myself and the examination I should pursue for the accident. After the diagnosis, therapy, and recovery period were finished, Saiontz & Kirk took the data collected and fought for me. As a result I got a reasonable settlement in under a year from the accident date. Throughout the whole process I was able to keep close contact to my lawyers and received frequent updates from them. Contacting Saiontz & Kirk was the best decision I made after my accident.

  Best attorneys ever... put me first and gelped me get all the medical i needed ... made sure i was okay before they ever started a claim for mem.. yes it was a long process and yes they kept me in the loop each and every step.of the way... they took all the stress off me and got me a very fair settlement...
