      My husband passed away and I had tried to make several appointments to have Bay View drop of his Bipap machine that was being reviewed for repair, and swap it with the loaner machine they gave us. The last time I called RACHEL ****** was rude and unprofessional. She stated this was the last appointment they would schedule since I was a no show at the other appointments. This is false info. Because of my grief, I could not make the appointments and deal with the public, so I CALLED to cancel each time. I have cell phone records to prove it. Rachel is being dishonest in stating I did not! . I called each time to cancel. She is just not understanding what it is like for someone in grief.
      The actions on RACHEL'S ******'S part was rude, uncivil, and unprofessional. Please make sure the owner knows of this issue and I will also reach out to the owner.

      People often get upset and leave bad reviews when they don’t get their way, that’s the reality of the two below it seems. It’s not a companies job to remind you to call and refill your supplies, just like it isn’t your doctors job to call and remind you to refill your medication. It’s the same thing, both items are prescription and both items are your responsibility to keep track of like an adult. I use to work in a doctors office and you have no idea how many people call in to complain about dumb stuff just like this. 35 years in business and only two complaints? Seems pretty good to me. My wife is a patient of theirs and they have always treated her with kindness and respect and yes they are very busy there but have always been wonderful to us. Also just as a medical professional, sometimes your doctor says they sent the orders to places and they really didn’t. It’s not always their fault they didn’t receive the orders it’s often the doctors fault for saying they were sent and really they were not, had plenty of people call my practice with that complaint as well. Anywho we love this place and all the office ladies and drivers so keep up the good work and don’t let the rude people below discourage you from using this company, they truly are the best around. Thank you!

      Thank you for your positive response, always nice to receive accolades and be able to share them with our Associates. We strive to provide an excellent customer experience and our Satisfaction Survey results prove that. There will always be problems reported and we meet regularly with staff in order to review and correct as best we can. But you are correct, the patient has to accept responsibility for their care as well. We do send cards out every 3 months to all of our CPAP patients to remind them that may be eligible for replacement supplies. Have a good day and thank you again for taking time to share.

      I WOULD DO ZERO IF IT ALLOWED ME, I MUST GIVE IT ONE STAR WHICH IS ONE TOO MANY. I RECEIVED A CPAP MACHINE FROM THE DELAWARE OFFICE OVER A YEAR AGO AND ACCORDING TO MEDICARE GUIDELINES THERE ARE CERTAIN MAINTENANCE ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE ON A ONE, TWO, THREE OR SIX MONTH FREQUENCY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAINTENANCE ITEMS AND I CALLED TO GET SOME AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED A PRESCRIPTION TO GET ANY AND I COULD NOT GET ANY UNTIL THE PRESCRIPTION WAS RECEIVED. I CALLED THE BALTIMORE OFFICE AND THEY WERE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL THERE EITHER. BOTH OFFICES APPEARED TO NOT GIVE ONE CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND THEREFORE I CONTACTED ANOTHER DME SUPPLIER THAT DOES CPAP EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES AND THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING, SO THEY NOW HAVE MY BUSINESS AND WILL CONTACT MY DOCTOR FOR THE PRESCRIPTION AND KEEP ME INFORMED WHEN SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE. BAY VIEW SAID THEY DO NOT CONTACT CUSTOMERS IT IS ENTIRELY UP TO THEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY NEED AND WHEN. (I AM NOT IN THE PRACTICE OF HAVING TO KNOW WHAT I NEED AT A GIVEN TIME FOR MY CPAP, I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THERE WAS A SPECIFIC REPLACEMENT PARTS AND SCHEDULE UNTIL I DID SOME RESEARCH ON MY OWN.
      I CALLED THE DELAWARE OFFICE AFTER I CHANGED SUPPLIERS TO TELL THEM I WOULD NO LONGER BE USING THEIR SERVICES AND I TALKED TO A VERY NICE UNDERSTANDING LADY, I EXPLAINED WHAT TOOK PLACE AND THAT I WAS LEAVING THEM AND TOLD HER THAT THE NEW COMPANY WILL KEEP ME INFORMED AND THEY HANDLED THE ENTIRE PROCESS WITH MY DOCTOR. SHE SAID THE OWNER WOULD BE IN HER FACILITY TOMORROW AND SHE WOULD COVER THESE ISSUES WITH HIM. NO MATTER WHAT I AM DONE WITH THEM AND I "DO NOT RECOMMEND" THEM FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY NEED TO CHANGE AN BE CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

      One star has been given as BBB doesn’t offer a zero rating. In order to submit this review I had to choose something. Zero is my rating and I believe it may be shared by the home health providers ( ***** **** ********** ) who are offering us their great service.
      ***** **** ********** has been providing stellar PT & OT services to my wife as a result of being stricken with **. They ordered two pieces of DME from this vendor on December 30, 2022. As of today ( 1/26/23 ) there’s been no contact or no product delivered. We live in the same county about 30 miles apart. ***** has made numerous calls and sent the orders to them on at least two occasions that I know of. At first they claimed they never received the original order ( ***** employee told me this is a fairly standard answer from them and that it’s been problematic- by no means is this an isolated incident. ). I overheard the vendor verify that they had received the second order submission for the two pieces of equipment as the conversation was initiated from my living room right in front of me. Today I called and was told they didn’t have both orders. That’s an outright lie. They’re covering for their ineptitude.
      The bottom line is that the good folks from ***** out on the front lines( PT & OT ) who deal with this everyday are fully aware that this vendor is not only a problem, they’re unreliable, and often untruthful.
