    4/22/22 i went to have vechicle looked at for brakes they told me I need rotors and brakes so I got both I was promised a 3 yr warranty when I came back a few months later they told me the brakes were fine but they would replace because of warranty they never did because a week later I would still hear the sound I called back 2 months later for same issue the manager refused to work on car laughed at me and told me warranty was only for a 1 time brake repair I paid $545 dollars for service I am unhappy with

    Ms. ****** I will try to make this brief. When you originally came in and had your brake pads and rotors replaced back in April of last year.  You declined additional brake work that is important to having a complete and professional repair completed. You needed a front caliber service which you declined. It is in the declined history portion of your original receipt. You also declined having your rear brakes replaced which you needed to have done. You only wanted what is commonly called a pad slap with rotors. Your brakes are safe but without doing the additional work, There might be some noises. You had stated that you heard a noise a week later but did not come back in for a couple of months. You waited till December to come back for that brake noise from April. At that time your front brake pads were like new but replaced them anyway for customer satisfaction. Now it is April first and you say that you have noise again and want new brake pads. I recorded the last conversation with my store manager. I could not believe what I was hearing from you. As a human being, NO ONE should be subjected to the way you were acting and the HATE SPEECH you were screaming to my whole staff since you were on speaker phone. I wish you all the best, but please do not ever come back into my shop again. We will never work on your car again.

    had my car serviced at Hamilton car care on 2/23/23 because i had originally had work done on my 750 *** some work to get cooling system back up and running so i was already charged for 2 diagnostics for the problem. so Hamilton did not do the job properly and my coolent expansion tank burst open that caused my car to be broken down 2 weeks after paying ******* to get fixed. So the Manager at Hamilton tire sent for his tow truck company to pick up my *** my car stayed at Hamilton tire for 2 weeks and when i picked up my car on 3/10/23 i noticed my drives seat felt janky i send a message to the store via email and also called stating my front drivers side seat was broke. i have had that car for so time so i know it was not broken . i called Hamilton because ***** called me back for my concern and spoke to **** ** was aware of my complaint and told me he does not care and he is not fixing my broken seat, i said either it happened at your shop on the tow truck driver broke it he became very belligerent and irate towards me and stated thats not his problem and hes not getting it fixed. i just spent ****** with this company and i know someone broke my car seat i it was never like that before so he hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owners name and number he had the brazenness to tell me he does not give that information out so i asked for corporate numder he hung up the phone on me. his effeminate attitude was unnecesary and rude i am requiring my seat be repaired and for him to be reprimanded for his behaivor and that the owner contact me or i will be taking this matter to small claims court

    I have responded to this twice already and nothing seems to be saved. I'm sorry that you left with a feeling that we did something to your seat. I understand that it might not of been that loose when your vehicle came in. I am not sure what might of happened to it. You delayed to pick your car up which caused the time to be 2 weeks. Pulling it inside every night. I asked everyone if there was any play in your drivers seat when they brought it in and out and they all said that don't remember any play in your seat. When you called about your seat we should of told you to bring it in and see what is going on with it. It could of been an easy fix. Instead my manager stated that we didn't break your seat and we shouldn't be responsible to fix it. You are a good customer and we want to help you. If you still would like us to look at it for free, Please let us know. We are here to help our customers in any way possible.

    I spoke with the manager told him I could bring my car in Saturday morning he tells me that is not going to work can you have the owner of the company contact me I do not like the managers attitude and I do not trust leaving my car there I read the response and he is lying about this incident I did not leave my car for two weeks I left it there for one week because first he said it was one thand then I could pick it up on two days then someone called me and said it was something else and they had to wait for parts PLEASE HAVE THE OWNER CONTACT ME. THIS IS NOT RIGHT

    On Saturdays, We only have 2 techs in the shop until we hire another tech.  We are short 1 tech. Normally we have 4 techs with everyone having a day off during the week. So we would have 3 techs on Saturdays. You were asked if you could leave it with us on that saturday. Unfortunalty you had to wait which could be most of the day. We were trying to look out for your time and not make you wait most of the day. If Saturday is the only day to bring it in, then maybe plan for a ride on that day OR wait. We will do our best not to keep you here 5 hours. We have built a excellant reputation over the last 25 years and still happy to look at your seat.
