    I recently purchased a vehicle that has low profile tires and I hit a few potholes and had to change my front tires on 2 separate at different times. I went to this establishment on 4 different occasions in the last 6 months. The 1st time I went I had a tire replaced and asked the representative to add hazard insurance. The 2nd time, I went back I had to get another tire replace and asked for the warranty. The 3rd time, my tire was flat when I started it in the morning and I went to them for them to check it after I put air in the tire. The owner advised that he his workers look at the tire and it was ok. Within 7 days the same tire went flat again when I got up in the morning to drive. I had to get air in the tire because they were closed on Sunday. On Monday, I went to them again and they advised I had a nail in my tire. I asked why did not see it when I came back in the previous week. They said they didn't know. I told them to repair it with the warranty. Kaelah O'Quinn was so disrespectful towards me and started arguing with me saying that I was cheap and did not get the warranty on one of the tires. The receipts from the tire purchase did not have a distinction of which tire it was. She proceeded to argue with me and told me to get out of the store without giving me my receipt to show I just paid for the tire repair, because she refused to give me the number for corporate and called the police. When they arrived, they clearly told Kaelah that it's nothing they could do because, no crime was committed. Poor customer service, a waist of time, and a lack of creditability.
