    They charge me $200 for a moving deposit. I attempted to cancel it next day on behalf of my wife. They say they can't cancel it and either way I won't get the $200 deposit back. I have never ever heard of a deposit for a moving can't be refunded within 24hrs of booking. I spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude, he said that once in a while he runs into a problematic customer like me who demands a refund i opened a dispute through my **** credit card and also requested multiple times to refund my $200 but they say they are keeping it.     Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/13) */ Hello! The customer reached out to Orly Moving for a moving quote. After collecting all her information, she was emailed an estimate for her move. The customer signed the relevant paperwork and paid the $200 non-refundable deposit, in order to book her move. The paperwork she signed states that the deposit is non-refundable. Signatures and documentation have been provided to the BBB directly. The customer's husband called our office, stating that his wife had made a mistake and he would like to cancel the move. He became angry when the salesperson explained to him that he can cancel the move, but the deposit is non-refundable. When asked why he would like to cancel the move, he stated that he received a lower rate from a different moving company. After discussing this with the supervisor, the salesperson reached out to the customer to offer her a discounted rate, due to the misunderstanding. The customer stated that her husband was adamant that he doesn't want to move with Orly Moving. If the customer would like to call our office and reschedule her move, she is more than welcome to. We will happily apply her previous deposit to a future move.
