      ****** and ***** came out to my Daycare Center, gave me an estimate for the complete 1st floor. I gave them my deposit and had to request a receipt several times. ******, stated he was on his way to a customer's house and thought someone had emailed it to me earlier that day. However, he said he would pull over and make the changes on the invoice and send it to me. Not realizing that that information would help me later down. The line that he was able to make changes in the invoice and send it to me. Now, there were several mishaps with measurements.When it came down to my work my base boards weren't measured correctly but that was fixed. Secondly, there was an additional charge due to the contractor stating.I had more underlimit under my floor that needed to be removed ( ok understandable until he said $1200) but I had to agree to that. After the work had gotten to the end.I was then told that it was there last day of work and they weren't going to replace the bathroom floors. At that time I asked them to call their manager ******, but ****** would not answer the phone. I also called victor and regards to the bathroom not being done. At that time.
      They showed me that I had 6 boxes of flooring leftover.I explained to them that there should be any boxes. Left over those boxes were to complete the bathroom. But because we could not get in contact with ****** nothing was done. A manager **** , came out to review the unfinished job. At that time he stated that he was going to make sure the bathrooms get done. He told me what all was going to be done to the bathrooms and it would be done over the weekend. That weekend I received a text message from paul stating his father had died. That's why he wasn't able to have the work completed. I got an email they want to move forward with collecting the rest of the funds. This company is full of scamsThis company is full of scams i could not put everything in the message but it's been a lot.

      Next Day Floors went out to the Daycare that is run by ****** ****** to measure and give an estimate on the first floor. Ms. ****** was not onsite at the time of measure, when our Sales **** asked about the bathrooms specifically, they were told by Ms. ******** representative "No, Ms. ******* does not want the bathrooms done.". Our Sales **** measured and gave an estimate on 4 first floor rooms, the hall and the kitchen. Which Ms. ****** agreed upon. Ms. ****** was given documentation to prove this. Next Day Floors completed the installation as agreed, fulfilling our obligation in good faith and we request that Ms. ****** remit payment in good faith.

      The installers they had come out to put down carpet were digging through my belongings and stole my money. I reported it and they would not give me my money back. Better yet claimed that I’m lying about the money. This is Ryan saying that to me the guy that sat in my house selling us on this carpet and horrible service we received afterwards. Please go anywhere else to get carpet done these guys will talk crap straight to you when they are in the wrong. Terrible company to do business with. They had a lot of their one star ratings removed to go from 2 star average on ****** to a 4 star.

      The Sub-contractors you mention have partnered with us for over 30 years and we have never before received a complaint against them for any reason. But in good faith and admitting no wrong doing, Next Day Floors immediately credited you the $50.00 you claimed missing, through your finance company.

      **ZERO STARS **From March to September of 2024 I was led to believe that my LVP stair project would be completed. Everyone from the in store sales reps, to direct line supervisors, retail operations, all the way up to Director of Operations have proven to be highly incompetent and untrustworthy when it came to satisfying a simple floor installation. This project was nothing close to impossible considering this being an established flooring company since 1960. After 6 months of lies, lack of knowledge, communication and several failed scheduled appointments which resulted in wasted time for both the installer and I they finally decided that this LVP install was all too difficult to move forward without offering any recourse. Though my deposit was returne, I am left with $500+ in custom material (risers) purchased for a project that they initially entered in contract with the intention of being fulfilled. This complaint has less to do with money and more to do with principle of how you treat a paying customer who has followed all the right steps but because of company wide incompetence, it took six months for Next Day Floors to not only drop the ball and tell me they weren't going to satisfy the order but not offer up any alternative solutions to fulfill the order. I can only speak for the Merrit Blvd location but as far as management I have spoken to people through the system of Next Day Floors and not one person could explain how we got to this point. I find this entire experience offensive and would hope that there is someone who can hold those parties accountable. I have called to speak with someone of higher authority address this matter but they have continued to pass the buck or simply stop answering calls and emails.

      We purchased Next Day Carpet in 2018 and the carpet is buckling and throughout the upstairs in the bedrooms
      I have called them and sent pictures and emais, but there is still no answer.

      Next day floors installed kitchen floating floor., tile cracked, I have an extra tile to replace but the want to charge me $175 to put the tile on the floor.
      I was assured that if my dish washer or refrigerator over flowed the floor would not hurt the floor
      My refrigerator water line broke, a month after getting the water up off the floor, the tile started coming up. They said because there was mold under the tile
      that when their tile cracked, they would have to charge me $175 to put down the extra tile they left me.
      It's been a horrible experience trying to get any help from them, I'm left with cracked floor tile coming up that cost alot of money.

      Next Day Floors recently installed carpeting on my upstairs and basement floors during the process they broke our basement table and refuse to accept responsibility for the damages.
      They offered us a $100 dollars which is far less than what we paid for the table. Please do not use this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed. They do not appreciate their customers and are strictly in the business of profiting off us with no interest in dispute settling. I have initiated a complaint with the BBB of Maryland with regards to my incident.
