      Everyday we wonder if we are going to get a paper. It was really good for about 3 weeks and now we either don't get one or it's after 9 or 10 am. We have called and complained so many times but the woman that answers doesn't care. My father has subscribed to this paper for atleast 25 years and he looks forward to reading his paper. We don't understand how the delivery charge went up but we have such problems getting the paper delivered.

      Same as the previous reviews. I paid for a Wednesday and Sunday subscription on October 27 and have only gotten one paper a day late after I called to complain. I've called six times, was promised a credit (we'll see if that ever happens) and did not get the requested replacement for the last one that was missing (Sunday). Calls to the local office are never answered, nor are the voicemails I leave.
