      I have had a positive experience working with Bay Management Property Group, and especially my property manager, Ronaldo R****. Ronaldo is very responsive and works hard to address any questions or concerns I have in a timely manner. I have had no issues working with him and would recommend for other property owners.

      Eijie V********* has been very helpful and responsive with anything we have needed help with so far with the property. We have had a few items that have required repairs and it has always been handled quickly and without hassle.

      Roxie at BMG has been a great property manager. She is always responsive and takes care of any problems we have quickly and smoothly. We ran into a roof leak problem last year, and she contractors working on it within a few days. Roxie has also helped us make lease changes and he generally made renting from BMG very easy.

      We are renting with BMG and our unit is of great quality and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Our property manager, Roxie, has been excellent in communicating and helping us address any issues that come up.

      I have been very happy with BMG and my property manager, Eijie V*********. Eijie lets me know right away of any concerns my tenants have, so that I can address them quickly. She responds to my concerns in a timely manner.

      Just leaving a positive review for my property manager Rio. I have had this rental a little more than a month in Hampden. There have been a couple maintenance issues, but they have all been promptly taken care of. Rio has also followed up on issues even when I was too busy with work to make a repair request. She has also done a great job of reaching out to the owner on my behalf. I have generally avoided renting because of things mentioned in other reviews. So far though I have had a good experience with Bay Management, and that's due in large part to Rio's great work.
