      My Property Manager Angel M******* is the reason for my satisfaction with the management group as he is very attentive and responsive to all the tasks asked . Angel is an excellent communicator and has very polite personality.

      I just finished renting a unit managed by BMG and was very disappointed. We had a number of issues with the property - from a mouse problem, to a leaking bathroom ceiling, appliances not working - you name it. Maintenance would come by and it would be excuse after excuse. They blamed our mouse problem on “just living in the city” and our bathroom leak to “not having a fan in the bathroom.” Finally after months of complaining and threatening to withhold our rent, they accidentally copied the landlord on our email who IMMEDIATELY contacted us explaining they never told him about the issues we were having. He took it upon himself to get everything resolved, without BMG, and that continued to be the case for the rest of our time there. The only thing BMG was really useful for, the rest of that time, was having a portal for us to pay rent. And payment is totally seamless - Figures. If it wasn’t for him saving the day, we probably would’ve moved out after 1 year. I wouldn’t recommend renting from any property manager by the group.

      This company is absolutely horrible. They are completely unresponsive. Never answer calls, do not communicate well with the tenants, and are all around the worse experience I've ever had. They lost a cashier's check from my tenant and have done nothing to get me reimbursed. After the Tenants moved out I documented $7k worth of damage to the property. They emailed me at 1:12a on the day an itemized invoice was due stating that I had 10 hours to provide this information or my $6k invoice would not count and would need to be pursued privately. My tenants are 2+ months late and they are doing absolutely nothing to recuperate my back rent. The tenant documented numerous mistakes and errors on their end and as the landlord they are equally horrible. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!

      This company is the worst. They nickel & dime you for everything they are extremely poor at managing properties and they are not responsive. Save your time and money.

      Tonya K****** is truly an asset for BMG she presents herself in such a regal professional manner I thought she was the Mayor's wife yet she is so down to earth and personable it feels like I've known her forever. Don't take my word give BMG a call for all of your rental and management needs.

      Never rent with this management. They will get all your credit's and security deposit once you move out. They will find a way to make you pay and over charge you with unreasonable charges. I never had any issue with the house i rented but they find a way to charge you. I rented a house with them with old furniture's and old things in the house and never been clean. I requested to remove the furniture's like sofa and everything and agree to throw some things. And now I'm being charge with the furniture's had been damaged. First of all its already been damaged when we moved there. Now there over charging us for all the things had been left there. Even for junk removal that being remove with the furniture and said 3 trucks need to use for junk cleaning! We left there only few trashes and put in the garbage can. They charge us around $5k for junk that's not even ours! This is the worst management that you will ever encounter for moving out. They owe me around $7k for credits and security deposit and now I'm the one who got balance with them. They will treat you unfairly!
