      We have been leasing our home for 6 years now. Originally, we rented through PPM before they were purchased by BPM. It was a rocky transition, and there were a few property managers who were unresponsive to our requests and timeliness to get appliances repaired felt prolonged. However, Andrew L was recently assigned as our property manager and he has been fantastic. Responsive and kind, it is truly a please to work with him. We are lucky to renew our lease another year through BPM.

      We had a great experience with Bay Property Management Group when looking for our most recent rental. Our leasing agent was Andrew S***** and he was phenomenal. The first time we contacted him about a property, he was quick to respond and give us a tour. Andrew helped us with the application process and was quick to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend working with Andrew!

      Our property manager Ian R... Is amazing. If there's ever an issue, communication is on point. He always gets back to me promptly. I will recommend Bay Management . Everyone I've dealt with was always kind and helpful.

      Brian and Eric were the best! Anytime I had a question they answered it! Anytime I had a concern they helped me understand! I love the management company and happy they were able to get me into my home!

      Ronaldo R**** has been doing an excellent job as our property manager. Most recently, he has helped us to resolve a MDE mistake regarding a lead renewal violation for one of our properties. Ronaldo kept us informed at every turn with timely updates and explanations of the issue status. We have had over 10 BMG property managers over the years. So far, Ronaldo is among the best.
