    I went to see the showing and a person who was not a representative of the company; rather the application managers significant other showed me the property. I was alone in a home with someone who I had no idea was going to be there. This place that was already rented, but then has me pay money for a background check for a property that was already rented just to scam me out of money. They wont even inform me of the date I saw it va the date it was rented to someone else. They misinformed me of the application process and I paid 30$ on Zillow and 41.99$ for the background I need refunded immediately.

    I sign my lease the 12 of August 2022 for a move in date for August XX XXXX when I moved in the 15 no power called BGE for 2days they said this house was not supposed to be occupied bc of the meter being messed up real bad.. me my kids and dog been in a house with no power over a week the supposedly landlord took 2800 from me
