    This business is completely unprofessional. The owner, Millie ***** lied about many features of the property that cost us over 1000. We filed a complaint about yellow jackets attacking our animals and us and had to resolve the issue ourselves, again at a 600$ value. When we told her, she gave us a 10 day notice to vacate. Our boat lift did not work for months but we're never credited the amount that we paid to use it while it wasn't operational. She sent messages cussing my husband out for replying to a txt at 7 am, because apparently she stays up till 4 am and it's completely ridiculous to respond at that time. The only saving grace was her employee, Jessica who has since left for a much better atmosphere. In which she says she "fired her", but I know for a fact she put in her letter of resignation. Now she's trying to charge us erroneous fees on top of keeping our security deposit. Which given her character we knew she would do because thats how she operates. I've rented my entire life and never once encountered such an awful, nasty, unprofessional person. She should never be in her professional yet alone own a company. Do yourself a favor and steer VERY clear of this company and this woman. My realtor friends already have confirmed her terrible, illegal practices and warned me only after I moved in to not be affiliated with her. I can assure you, any kind of response will be a complete lie, lack any type of integrity or professionalism, and just perpetuate her complete lack of ethics. Stay very far away!!!!

    ****, your comments are so unfounded that it's ridiculous. The only liar in this equation would be you and your husband. I refuse to even dignify them with a response or bring to light all of the volatile interactions that my office was subject to with your husband. I will say this though; I nor Pay Your Rent Property Managment retain security deposits. All funds are sent to the property owners to include the Security Deposits. You and your husband were provided the Security Deposit Disposition letter, in addition to the property owners statement WITH pictures detailing all of the items/damages that the PROPERTY OWNER withheld from your security deposit after HIS inspection.
