      This company is horrible, they don't reply to any emails or phones calls or voicemails.
      I rented one bedroom apartment at one of their property *** ******* ********* in Raleigh, North Carolina. I rented in Feb 2023 and terminated my lease in July 2023.
      I paid all the all balances when terminated and went through the move out inspection. everything was clear and no one said anything. i cleaned the apartment thoroughly before move out and have a video and pictures of it as well.
      After more than a month I called the leasing office to inquire about my $350 deposit.
      The Manager Melissa **** is very rude and unprofessional. she never communicated about the extra charges she put on my account after my move out. She had some issue with me earlier and she was the main reason I moved out of that place.
      she charged me $533 for the ozone machine which she said she put in my apartment but never stated or informed anything during move inspection or even after a month until I called the office to ask about my deposit. she said the move out inspection was clear according to her.
      when I asked her why wasn't I informed about those charges before or after until I called her, she yelled at me and said I will have to pay or it will go in collections and she doesn't care.
      I have been trying to reach out to the company regarding lot of issues and to complain about her but the company never responds.
      please save your money and rent somewhere else but not with this company they are SCAMMERS.
