      I have purchased thousands of dollars in clothes and other gear. Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service as I did today. Kim was the agent on chat. Her favorite response, "Just wait a few more days". No, I will not. I have already waited a few more days. The closest UA store is a 4 hour drive. Before I order one more thing from UA online I will drive to the store and hope they have what I want in stock.

      I had the most horrible experience with Under Armour customer service do not shop with them period so much for loyalty!!!

      I was searching for mens active wear had 3 items in my cart and was having technical difficulties entering my information, I went as far as adding my credit information but hesitated to hit the button to place the order. I decided to research other sites which I found better pricing. I checked my bank account to ensure the accuracy of my purchases and found somehow Under Armour took my funds for the 3 items in my cart in which I never initiated that payment. I don't understand how this can happen? I called customer service to ask them to cancel this order. They said they couldn't as it was in processing and the only thing I could do was wait to receive the order then send it back as a return. I was fuming I asked them to send me a return label now but they said they could not until the package actually goes out. In my opinion this whole ordeal was completely frustrating and terrible business.
      I will never walk into nor order from Under Armour again and will tell everyone I know of this terrible online experience.

      I have twice placed an order for something that Under Armour then cancelled afterwards, due to being out of stock. They are not taking any responsibility for their errors.

      Under Armour does not tell customers that the expected delivery will change several times in the future but they say there will be a slight change on the delivery but in fact it took 3 changes. And 3 weeks from the initial expected.delivery and still don't receive it.
      So if you are making plans to wear the clothes make plans at least one month in advance I tell you so you will avoid frustration and disappointment with out a customer satisfaction.

      Absolutely terrible company with incompetent customer service workers. Error after error with my orders and refunds. They outsource their customer service so 90% of the time, you get people that don't know a damn thing and have you sitting on the phone for 30mins to 1hrs just to find out they never resolved the issue and or documented the call. I will never order anything from their website again.

      Placed an order in Dec 2022 and had to return. They received the item back on Dec 13. Still have not received my refund. Contacted customer service on Jan 26 and February 14. Was told both times I would have it soon and it is now March 1st. Still no refund. Horrible process and customer service is no help.

      Placed an order in November 2022. Returned all items on the order. UA received the two boxes by December 20, 2022. No refund issued. Called January 20. 2023 - Chatted and the customer service rep said they would process the return with in the next few days. Confirmed the dollar amount for the two boxes. I kept the chat documentation as well as have the delivery confirmations. Still no refund. Chatted on January 30, 2023 and the representative said they were not issuing a refund because I never got charged. What a joke. He wanted a screen shot of my credit card account showing I was charged. I refused and said I would just dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is either filled with idiots or liars. Anyway, I will not purchase anything Under Armour again. Better quality clothing out there without the hassle.

      My fiance is incarcerated in ******** in *** We bought a pair of UA sneakers for $63. It has been less than a year and the sole has come completely off. These have not been worn that much. There is no recourse for this but to buy new ones. I feel like substandard products are being sold to people with little recourse.

      My placed and order for few t-shirts using gift card, few days later my order was cancelled because of out of stock and I got new gift card. So, I placed another order for different t-shirts, it was cancelled again, but this time I did not get refund back. Contacted then 4 times, first two times they told me to wait few days and my issue will be resolved, 3rd time they escalated and told me it will be resolved with in 24 hours, 4th time after answering all questions again, and waiting about 10 min, my chat was disconnected due to "inactivity". Horrible and unknowledgeable customer service.
