      Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, condescending and highly unprofessional. Basically called me a liar when I returned an item but was refunded for another, a lot cheaper, item that was in the same order. I had ordered several items but only returned one. How hard is it to scan the correct item that was returned? They seriously made me "proof" that I still had the other items at home and made me send pictures. Mind you this whole process took almost 6 months because it took that long for someone to finally respond to my countless emails and calls. Will absolutely NEVER buy anything from them again.

      So disappointed. Have spent thousands on UA gear over many years. Ordered three shirts (order # US-XXXXXXXX) which were shipped on 7/5/22. They were on sale, not a big order. Order was supposedly delivered on 7/9/22 but it wasn't. Our ring camera doesn't show a delivery, I looked everywhere, the neighbors don't have it. Contacted customer service 7/11, promised to replace. Contacted again on 7/19, no record of previous contact (although I received an email), again promises to replace. Called again AND chatted online on 7/26, more promises to replace. They said I'd receive email when items shipped. Also mentioned something about system updates. Called again today, 8/3 and actually have an order number now which doesn't look like the others (CXXXXXX). RIght now I can't find the order online because of system issues (of course!). I really am disappointed. They do have insurance for issues like this and it's not a big order but I guess I'm supposed to eat it. Really upsetting. I have loved their gear and have talked it up with people at my boat club but no more.
