      months of studying for the LSAT for basically nothing…proctor didn’t show up on time, 3 hours late to start and didn’t even show up after intermission…

      Never seen a worse proctoring system. Takes 15+ minutes to get connected. Every proctor I had barely spoke any English. It is currently 10:15 and I am still waiting to take my LSAT. It was scheduled for 8:30…
      Furthermore, they don’t tell you to remember your login info ahead of time and they use a Prometric browser so that none of your passwords are saved. God forbid you forget your password, you’ll have to be thrown back into the cycle of waiting forever for another proctor that can barely understand you and will delay your test. Horrible system :/

      I have been trying unsuccessfully for two days and 10 hours using three different computers to take a Remote proctored exam. I donate our their customer service representatives, completely incompetent, but the software doesn’t work and their remote proctors are nonexistent and have bad Internet connections they regularly use people in remote locations who do not have Internet and so if you are you connected to them and taking a test and they disconnect you will be kicked out and not able to be readmitted. I’m forced to reschedule you should just go to our on-site testing location with another service provider if possible in the first place

      Horrible experience. Took time off work and went out of my way to take the exam and record my speech. Listened to my speech after recording and could hear it perfect. Two weeks later they are claiming the volume is low and are requiring me to retake the exam. No accountability for anything on their end.

      I tried to leave ) stars but the site insisted on one or more.
      I was on time to take a test that I paid for. Prometric failed to start on time. I waited for over an hour before being treated by a proctor who spoke very poor English. When I asked him if he had my exam, he just stared blankly. I never did get to take my test.
      I tried calling but the computer did provide a solution and refused to transfer me to an agent. The telephone directed me to a less helpful website than the telephone system.
      Prometrics failed: They failed both ethically and Morally. Ethically, they hold the public accountable while refusing to have the company act in a responsible manner. Providing live phone support or live chat to someone that can actually answer a question.
      Morally, they charge for a service that they expect the customer to troubleshoot by reading an entire library of documents that are on the Prometrics website.
      Ask your employer or state agency to proctor your exam. This company didn't even have an exam for the student.

      Went to take a test and was placed in front of a fan. Caused allergies and made me use the bathroom more than usual because of the cold. Because of this, test performance suffered. I reported it when I Received my exam results. Customer service gave a quick response of how there’s a timeline (10 days) when you should report it. People don’t report after taking an exam because they’re just happy to get it over with and hope for the best.

      People wrote complaints on here, but my experience was different. I just took my PMHNP exams and now am Board Certified. The staff was very professional and kind to me, and if you have a disability they will make accommodations. Follow the directions from ANCC's email that verifies your eligibility to take the exam. I arrived at the Maitland, FL office early (I-4 and Orlando traffic is brutal! so leave early!) and since the booths were mostly empty, they allowed me to take my examination ahead of time. I will never forget how kind and wonderful the staff was to me. They really were very awesome! Scheduling process: Once the ANCC verified via email my eligibility to take my test, I scheduled it in on Prometric's website (online) and it was flawless. I received verification from Prometric through email, printed it and brought it with me, and the staff thanked me for bringing it. This was not a requirement but I just wanted to be prepared. If you follow the process (which is explained via ANCC's email of verification of eligibility), you really should not have a problem. Prometric WILL send you confirmation email once the date and time is set. Anyway, I thank Prometric! I also thank Maitland, Florida's, professionalism and their kindness. The staff was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! I wish I could give 10 stars!

      I currently have a test scheduled for July 10 for SHRM-CP and I tried to confirm and Prometric failed to send me a confirmation email and I am unable to log into their portal to double check there because "this user name has already been used." I know I booked properly since I can see the $410.00 fee on my account from that date.
      How can a company this big that serves some of the largest organizations in both the public and private sector be so bad?

      Worst company ever! Had a test scheduled for months and found out today that my test was cancelled. I was suppose to take it in 3 days and they have no reason to give me for the cancellation. They informed me that there are no test dates available now through the end of June. How is this company used by the state to do the testing! The customer service in non-existent. The supervisor I spoke to was very rude and no help.

      Would give 0 stars if I could! Have been trying to get my test done for Health Care Aid for months now to meet a deadline. They never have any availability. I finally got a test date but had to drive 2 hours away to take the test because they have closed all the testing areas around me. I scheduled the test 2 months ago for this Monday and today found out that they cancelled my test for unseen circumstances??? Now they are telling me there are no test dates available for months. I am not going to meet my deadline so as of May 30 I cannot get paid. Absolutely unbelievable. How is this company in charge of tests that determine getting paid. Horrible customer service when I called today. The supervisor told me it wasn't her problem!!!
