Can't help but need to echo what everyone else has said. Took the insurance license CE exams with the remote ProProctor and they couldn't be more out of touch with reality as it relates to the modern world and the workspaces we use. Had nothing but issues with any testing area I used whether it be my home or the office. They took issue with things from an air vent in the ceiling, a bookshelf in the distance, unplugged printer, bracelet, necklace, tattoos, windows, glass office doors, and basically anything you can name. Keep in mind that none of this is consistent from exam to exam. One may have an issue with a few things, and another would have an issue with different things. Took me longer to check-in and get approved than it did to take the exam. Oh, and did I mention that I had multiple exams just drop connection even though my network passed their "inspection" every time? Complete joke and waste of time. If you have high blood pressure, please be wary of using this platform. I would give this -5 starts if possible. I don't typically write reviews but this experience left me no choice. There's more I could write but I don't want waste another breathe talking about this platform.

I have contacted the CFPB informing them of the testing center's systemic, last-minute cancellations without due cause, its ceaseless lack of communication, and its persistent unprofessionalism. By contacting the aforementioned authority, I hope they will intervene and hold Prometric more accountable to their actions or terminate their deplorable business practices.

I drove 2.5 hours to find out that the test center was closed due to operational issue. I presented there 30 minutes early. There was no email or text to let me know about the cancellation. Worst company ever. If there is negative score I would give minus .

I took an exam through Prometric a couple weeks ago and I was supposed to get my results emailed within a hour. I called several times about getting my results emailed and after being put on hold 5 times I was told they aren't allowed to resend them! I requested a refund because without results the test is useless. My request was emailed to them like I was told to do. I haven't heard anything!

The fact one of the largest regulatory agencies in the world uses these people to proctor their exams is mind boggling. Had my test scheduled 3 days in advance of taking it. The exam was scheduled a little past midnight cst and they go down for “scheduled maintenance.” They were supposed to contact all of the people who were I inconvenienced by their poor management within 5 days to reschedule. It has been a week now and still nothing. I am currently sitting on a job offer contingent on my passing of the exam and there is nothing I can do. If you are a regulatory body, school or whatever organization you may be that needs a proctoring company, I beg you not to subject anyone to them.

The absolute worst proctor you could use. They expect you to test in a complete bare room and their customer service is beyond useless. I kept being directed to different numbers, was hung up on. It took from 10am to 1:20 for me to be informed i would have to reschedule. Absolute waste of my time!

This is the worst company of all time. They failed to send scores, the testing times were impossible to schedule and the support / service is horrible. States should be banned from using them.

I've tried to take the VA Life and Annuities exam 3 times, and each time I am denied because there is a new rule. I took the SIE exam in a room with a window and just tonight the proctor said I have to get rid of the window. I also am getting over the flu and had a glass of water out to calm my cough down and the proctor said "I dont care, you need to remove everything from your desk". This is a joke of a company. Does anyone else know if FINRA had any other proctoring companies?

I'm giving Prometric 1 Star because twice I have taken exams on a CPA exam cutoff date and they failed to transmit my scores to NASBA that day. I began taking the exams at 8:00 AM and finished before 12:00 PM. Shouldn't scores make it to testing centers upon completion? I know there is. 24-48 hour window for Prometric offices to transmit scores, but this is not necessary in today's world.

I was in the middle of taking my exam (40-50 questions answered of 125) and got disconnected due to technical difficulties. My exam was unaccessible due to being blocked/deleted by the proctor. I asked to speak with a manager and was unable to be given a legitimate reason why this occurred, as the information noted by the proctor was "vague." I am now being required to reschedule my exam in-which takes 7-10 days for "investigation" and will have to restart the exam from the beginning. There is not any information on the Prometric website regarding exam termination or having to reschedule because of termination.
