    USA VEIN CLINICS purchased Vein Clinics of America at some point in 2022. I had been a very satisfied patient at *** for over 2 years. I needed more reparative clinically necessary vein treatment after my last procedure at ***, I contacted USA for a follow up appointment for April of 2023. When I spoke with the doctor he said they did not have my medical records and could not do anything. I was charged for that appointment. Then every time I made a follow up appointment for a scan and treatment, I would receive a call that they had to reschedule and change my appointment. One time I went in and thee was no technician to do my scan so they told me to go and reschedule. I did not receive a scan and evaluation until October of last year - more than a year since my last treatment. I was supposed to have my first treatment on November 28, 2023 but I received a voicemail saying they needed to reschedule. I was very frustrated at that point and called them to say I did not want to reschedule. Then I saw where they auto-drafted $250 from my checking account. When I called to ask why and request a refund their explanation was that I had a "late cancellation fee". They called me to reschedule! I have called many times to request a refund with no luck and horrible customer service treatment as well. Thank you
