    If I could give 0 stars I would. I missed my appointment, Thursday, October 24th due to having to put my 17 year old sweet baby dog down. The last thing on my mind was to call the office, my heart was broken and I was in complete tears all day. I go to the office my next appointment, October 31st, to be told I'm being charged $250.00 for no show. I explained to the front desk what happened in tears yet again, and she contacted the billing department - Jose *****, and his remark to her was, I need to see proof she put her dog down. So not only am I heartbroken but now I'm being told I have to show PROOF that I had to put my baby down? Who say's this and who does this? Not to mention my appointment on 10/10/24, I drove a hour to my appointment to be told the Doctor left, no one contacted me, so then I had to drive a hour back home not seeing anymore and no one called me to let me know. (I also was charged $10.00 for the visit I missed.) What about when the doctor just left and I got no call? I can not believe audacity in this company and the billing manager. I just called and spoke to someone and they ended up hanging up on me and told me, we will give you a discount on the $250, ABSOULTELY NOT! I refuse to pay this, I put my dog dog, and the last thing on my mind was, let me call you guys. When on October 10th, I drove a hour to my appointment - left work early to find out the doctor had left for the day, no one called to tell me, so then I had to drive a hour back home. and yet I was still charged $10.00 for appointment. This is the worse company I've ever had to deal with.
