    READ THIS: I believe reviews on company websites can be subjective in their favor and biased. I recommend really looking at the negative reviews on various websites. Where there's smoke, there's fire. I wish I would have went with my first notion of going with ************* or***************. I went with Clearview because of them working on my deck stairs as well. I am not satisfied with either and have expressed my concerns to the company over 1 week ago and have not heard back on implementing a plan to resolve asap. House has been very drafty since new windows have been installed for my small townhome. Have to turn temp up to 78+ to sit comfortably in rooms without feeling wind drafts. Prior to installation, 74 was sufficient. Took nearly 1 month after window instatllation to get warranty info when it should have been handed to my immediately after installation. Deck stairs were done uprofessionally and I sent pictures to the company. Also, they left debris of wood, nails, etc from their job back on 12/8 and the debris is still in my yard today. I originally told the sales person about this back on 12/12 and formally on 121/19. Very disrespectful. No excuses for treating customers this way. They literally destroyed a tropical plant in front of our house during window installation and the workers were totally nonchalent about it. They have contacted me several times since the job was completed for payment/financing info, but they have not be as communicative about resolving these issues. Was told over 1 week ago by a staff member that she would expedite these right away, but that has not been the case. I would not recommend them to anyone. As a homeowner, its so hard to find a good, honest, and quality contractor. I would ignore all of the good reviews and strongly consider going elsewhere. The disrespect is not worth it. They should have handled this better. Sadly to say, spend your money elsewhere.
