      Created a project of custom ornaments featuring each of my beloved pets that have passed away over the years. After charging a king's ransom for standard shipping, Snapfish sent absolute garbage (faded and cutoff text, discolored photos). Instead of redoing correctly, their agent instead chose to argue with me over several messages and emails (this company does not have a customer support phone number [for obvious reasons, I now realize!]).

      The proofs were perfect - some older photos I initially chose were not of appropriate resolution. Snapfish's design tool alerted me, and I chose different pictures. Their representative blamed me for sending poor quality merchandise, claiming one of my pictures was "too dark" (it was a photo of a black dog...not sure how to make that lighter). They ignored the fact that every ornament sent had quality issues.

      This business should be shut down, after a class action lawsuit bankrupts them. Truly terrible.

      Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke. I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco??? Pics showed what I ordered and what I received.

      False advertising on website. Repeatedly show discounts and coupon codes available but they don’t work at check out. Customer services gives a run around about how the codes are expired (the codes fine print says they are not) and the site hasn’t been updated. This issue happened more than once.

      Snapfish photo arrived crushed and the quality was poor. They state on their site if you have any issues please reach out via their chat feature. However, the chat ability does not work, it just sits there. I checked reviews on FB and everyone states the same about the chat feature. Snapfish repeatedly responds back to these complaints with please use our chat feature to resolve any issues. Knowing this feature does not work. Snapfish is spending all their money on very convincing radio advertising and nothing else. I usually check BBB before I buy, by mistake that I didn’t with Snapfish

      Customer service is very poor. I received photo tiles that were very poor quality. I asked for a refund. After about a month of going back and forth, they have come back with a no.

      When I started a chat, the first person said he would pass it up to the next level and they would contact me the next day. I waited a week and heard nothing. I sent another chat letting them know I had a product that I wasn’t happy with and would like to send it back for a refund. She told me she would have to send it to the next level.

      After that it became such a back forth between that service rep sending my response to the next level and sending a reply back to me. There was no way for me to talk to that “next level” I was told.

      The service rep continuously came back with responses that were not in response to the last communication I had with her before from the “next level”. It seemed like there was a big communication gap. It was very frustrating and quite frankly ridiculous to have to try that hard to chat with a service rep that was just a go between and get my point across.

      They have a policy on their site that states “Replacements and refunds
      Your happiness with our service and products is very important to
      US.
      If for any reason you are ever dissatisfied with your order, please contact us using the chat link at the bottom of this page.
      For a replacement order or a refund, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For most issues we can arrange for your order to be remade at no further charge or if a change to the original is needed, we will issue you with a credit and guide you through making the amendment and placing the new order.”

      I did not want a new order as the quality was so bad.

      I cannot believe in this day and age that a customer service department can be so hard to communicate with, and doesn’t care enough about customer satisfaction. I have NEVER run across such a poorly run customer service department.

      Snapfish sent us the wrong sized frame for our family px. Would not replace "due to not being notified within 28 day return window". Then, customer service sent me another email, stating that "all Service sizes are approximate and some deviations can be expected". Really? Our portrait was 14" by 18" and the frame for hanging they sent was 15" X 16". I sent them px of it and they still would not stand by their purchase. Buyer beware of this company!!

      I ordered holiday cards on Dec 3rd with a delivery date of Dec 13. Dec 12th my order was still "being created". Snapfish told me I had to wait for the delivery date to pass for them to attempt a redelivery even though the item wasn't even created yet. Fast forward after speaking with them 8 times, I was told I was high priority in the ticket line and would hear from a manager asap through email and then a supervisor. I never heard from any as of Dec 15. They told me they could have my cards be delivered on Dec 20th or receive credit to use at their horrible company. Strongly do not recommend for cards.
