  Had my deck refaced with Trex, and it turned out great. They matched the color I wanted for the rails, posts, and verticals, and it all came together really nicely. ***** was great to work with. super smooth process from start to finish. The team was on top of their game the whole time. Everything was done the way I expected, and Im happy with how it looks. Id definitely recommend them.

  In August 2024, I signed a contract with Deck Helmet in ******** to build a deck and paid a deposit of $*****. Later, because I was dissatisfied with the restrictions of the **** on October 16 of the same year, with the consent of *****, the CEO of Deck Helmet, I decided to cancel the contract. One month after the contract was canceled as required, I have not received a refund. I called the customer service number many times but no one responded.There seems to be only one lady in customer service, who will tell you that the billing manager will call you later. In fact, I have called no less than five times, but no one will call you once, because all of this is a scam. I found that after each call, the CEO ***** would immediately send me a message saying that the check would be mailed. I judged that the message was eventually transferred to the CEO *****, who is the creator of the problem. In fact, this company does not have any billing department or other departments at all. Everything on the Internet should be fake. It has been nearly a month since the contract was cancelled, and I paid ?***** from the beginning of the contract. It has been three months so far, and this company has done nothing. The *** matter should be their business, but I contacted everything myself. What this company has done is to deceive customers and has caused me huge financial losses. I am now seeking legal help, so here I ask everyone to be careful and not be deceived by fake websites.
