      We rented a unit at ********** apartments in ******, **. We have had a ***** issue shortly after moving in this Summer. Management had exterminators treat it, however the issue was not resolved - even after we set our own traps. We suggested having the entire complex treated, but they denied the request. I have bad asthma and I know roaches are extremely unhealthy insects to have living with you... We tried to move to a different unit, but they denied that request as well. Niw we will have to break our lease and management will not even show some compassion with a monetary break. I don't think we should have to pay the penalty fee after 3 months of ***** h*** and the **** it is causing, I am a night Nurse and have to sleep with the lights on. Something needs to be done about this situation! Apartment F at *****************************************************************************

      Within two months of moving into the apartment, we have found a leaking ceiling, mold, a leaking refrigerator, a dryer that does not work properly, toilet handles that are broken, water backing up from the drain in the kitchen sink with muddy water that has debris overflowing onto the floor. When brought to the attention of maintenance, it was ignored or they came, and did nothing to repair it. They even left a large commercial dehumidifier in the middle of the floor commercial for at least two weeks now. Spoke directly with the leasing office and have left messages with the property owner and STILL no change if anything it has gotten worse.

      Called 3 times, March 2023,left 3 messages to same person even with receptionist but this landlord never responded. Completely ignored me.They do not care at all about tenants problems. They left me no options but to take legal steps now.
